Sunset Cottage is a lovely two bedroom cottage just 200 steps from the beach. This lovely cottage is very well equipped with every convenience of home and more. The home is the ideal vacation home for a small family, a couple or even two couples.

From the homes roof top terrace, you have sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Nature preserve. The roof top terrace is spacious and has a nice cocktail table for previewing sunsets along with chaise lounges for sunning.
The floor plan is setup with a lovely living room, dining and kitchen area that is open and airy and opens up to a screen porch with sitting area. Each bedroom is fully equipped with hung flat screen tvs. There is a private bath in the master and a second bath off the living room.
The ground level offers your own private swimming pool along with Jacuzzi. The home is provided with your very own custom lifted 4 passenger golf cart. Sunset Cottage has it all.
