This OCEAN EDGE RESORT condo is a clean, bright upper END UNIT with cathedral ceilings and restful view of woods and pond from deck. It is nicely furnished and tastefully decorated with recent new carpet and NEW entrance hallway. It has two spacious bedrooms (queen-comfortable mattress, three twin beds includes trundle bed in twin bedroom,) and two full baths. There is a queen pull out couch in the living room, A.C., Bring your computer -- High Speed Wireless Internet available June-October. Expanded cable includes NESN! Access permitted to all the indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and fitness center. (In 2011 a moderate resort fee may apply for amenities.)
It's in a private setting but close to everything - Practice putting green in view of condo (clubs and balls in condo closet), easy stroll to pool, sauna, jacuzzi, driving range, tennis, basketball, popular Cape Cod bike trail, many family activities and great restaurants. Quaint Brewster and beautiful beaches are close-by.
It is located on an 18 hole championship golf course (other popular courses also nearby) with four pools (indoor and outdoor)fitness center, near renowned Cape Cod bike trail. LINENS provided upon request for an extra fee.
Popular vacation rental available from April through November. Available for two or more nights off-season. In-season June 15-Sept. 15 is Saturday to Saturday rental.

Why the Owner Chose Brewster
We love the Lower Cape!! So much to see and do and also a great place to relax! The location of Ocean Edge Resort provides great amenities while nestled within the beautiful, historic, charming town of Brewster. We love the extra benefits of having and upper end unit because we have cathedral ceilings and it is private and quiet.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the back deck of our condo, because of the quietness of the trees and pond beyond. Some of the advantages with having an upper end unit is that it is quiet and you can see the pond. We also like the sense of openness with having cathedral ceilings. The front porch is also very nice! We love the convenience of our location because we are in walking distance to pools, restaurants, driving range and golf course, and have easy access to the famous Cape Cod bike trail. There is a practice putting green in sight of our condo and we have some golf clubs in a closet. We love the Cape Cod Bay beaches -- especially at low tide when you can walk out really far and the water is shallow. It is an awesome experience!

We are a family from Connecticut. The "Mom" lived on Cape Cod during her summers in college and the "the fix" was in! ... can't stay away from the beauty of the Cape! The Cape is a perfect place for family vacations because there is something for everyone!
