Nestled in the hillside, Altis is Mammoth Mountain’s newest luxury slope side lodging with floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic views of the Sierra, Crowley Lake, the White Mountains, and the Sherwin Range. Adjacent to the Bridges Ski Run, you will be able to step out of your front door, strap on your skis, and make fresh tracks before you even reach a chairlift. Altis’ idyllic location also offers easy access to the Tamarack Cross Country Center and endless mountain bike and hiking trails, all connecting to the Mammoth Lakes Basin.
For your convenience, we have arranged for 24 hour check-in services, as well as bellman and complimentary shuttle service upon request.
Our unit #64 has 3 bedrooms, an office, 4 full bathrooms, and an additional half-bath; it can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. It is the perfect retreat for two families or a couples’ getaway. You can park in the private two-car garage, enter the main living level and your eyes will be drawn to the expansive view from the living room. A large deck invites you to immerse among the pines. There is a large 52’ flat panel TV and DVD player, as well as an iPod speaker dock for your enjoyment. There is also a beautiful large stone gas fireplace. The completely gourmet kitchen is equipped with professional grade Viking appliances and granite counter tops.
Down the stairs you will find the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and more gorgeous views abound from the comfort of your king bed, complete with Egyptian cotton sheets. Enjoy the warmth of the gas log fireplace, or watch a movie on the 32” flat panel television. The grand master bathroom has double sinks and a large soaking tub, as well as a separate shower. Also on this level is an additional large bedroom perfect for the kids. There are two sets of bunk beds, and a nook with sleeper sofa, 40” flat panel TV and Wii game system. Just across the hall, you will find an office space perfect for some privacy if you need to squeeze in a little work during your vacation, as the house is set up with wireless internet.
Down one more stairway, you come to the third level of the home. You will find another master suite with a queen bed. It has the same amazing views and gas log fireplace, as well as en suite bathroom. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is also located on this level for your convenience. Also on the third level is an outside covered deck with large Jacuzzi where everyone can relax and enjoy the view while taking a soak after a long day on the slopes.
