Come relax at the beach with everything that you need provided in this NEW, luxurious, 3 bed/3 bath, 2300 square foot, direct oceanfront condo with huge picture windows overlooking the ocean in every room! This is a HUGE northeast corner unit that has 50 feet of direct oceanfront with a huge oceanfront balcony and then the rest of the condo extends along the entire side of the building from front to back, with waterfront views of the ocean and the intracoastal waterway from every window. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and the sound of the waves, ready for a day of relaxation or fun in the sun! Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony in the warm sunshine or a romantic evening in the glow of the moon off the sparkling water. In the evening you can see the sunset over the river too, from the front balcony so you have the best of both worlds, the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the river. Listen to the waves as they rock you to sleep at night.
This is your home away from home with furnishings with that beachy feel that are comfortable and inviting to relax on . The living room includes 2 recliners so you can put your feet up and watch the 50" flat screen tv and the waves coming in all at the same time! The master suite is direct oceanfront with sliding doors out to the balcony for listening to those waves and a huge walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a big corner soaking tub. The vanity has dual sinks and a corian countertop. The living room and dining room are also direct oceanfront with sliding doors out to the balcony that has a dining table & chairs for your own private beachside dining. Both master suites have king beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have big flat screen tv's.
The full kitchen has corian countertops, brand new upscale appliances, with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishware and pots & pans. All linens are included and there is a full size washer & dryer inside the condo as well.
The resort has lots to do with 2 heated oceanfront swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a pool table and state-of-the-art fitness center. Use our private beach access to go right down to the beach from our gated deck. Relax in the oceanfront clubroom with a drink overlooking the ocean while the kids play billiards. We are conveniently on the south end of Daytona Beach within walking distance to several restaurants, miniature golf and grocery items. All Daytona Beach attractions are within 15 minutes and the lighthouse is only 10 minutes away.
Everything's included in the price; parking in our secure gated parking garage, high-speed wireless internet inside the condo, fitness center, all linens and dishware, and everything that you need for the beach including beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys and a cooler. Just bring your clothes and groceries and you are home at the beach!

The photos on line really reflect the beauty of this oceanfront property! We arrived after a long drive to Florida to a wonderful, fully equipped condo unit. The condo was beautifully decorated with three great bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. I was able to prepare a traditional Christmas dinner because the kitchen was so well furnished with the necessary appliances. The place was spotless and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. At night we opened our window to hear the sound of the waves, and in the morning we relaxed on the balcony watching the dolphins frolic in the ocean. The building and pool area was immaculately clean and people were very friendly. My daughter, who is a dedicated athelete enjoyed the workout room while the rest of the family sat around the pool enjoying a drink. We visited the local resturants- Under The Deck, The Cracked Egg and shopping at the Daytona Mall which offered great holiday deals. We also walked along Beach Street and had a tour of the Chocolate Factory(free samples that were wonderful), Nicole's Antique Mall, and the Magic Store. We also ate frozen yogurt at a quaint shop on Beach Street and went back for seconds-not on the same day of course! One of the activities that was both fun and helped to burn those Christmas calories was a bike ride. We rented bikes including a tandem (name for a two-seated bicycle, I think) and biked for over an hour on the beachfront. But if you don't want to exercise, you can still enjoy the beach because they have scooters. We also roamed the beach the old fashioned way- on our feet! Out family really enjoyed our holiday and the condo was a big part of it. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone so they could experience what we did. "Great Condo" Right on the Beach. Wonderful views of the ocean from every room. The condo was stocked with everything that we needed to cook with so we didn't have to eat out every night, which really saved us a lot of money. The kids really enjoyed all the beach items that were provided, what a nice touch. We also liked the fact that each bedroom had its own big screen tv so everyone could watch what they wanted and there was no fighting over channels.
