SUNNY SIDE UP is located within walking distance of the downtown area, the ski lifts, and the Blue River, but the FREE bus stops across the street and one house down. Service is provided to Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain.
The house has 2500 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, a sauna and a hot tub for your enjoyment. The family room has a large pool table, piano, and wood burning fireplace. There is also a large living room which connects to the dining room and kitchen. All furnishings are recent purchases and nicely decorated. A glass sun space on the south side provides a spectacular area to watch the winter snow and stay warm.
A large deck with chairs and grill is available for summer cook outs. Enjoy the new Hot Tub yearround

This house is a great place to get your family together for a wonderfull family skiing vacation. Great owners, great hot-tub, furnishing are excellent, private bedrooms and pleanty of together room. Great location. The 10 of us had a wonderful time.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.
