SUNNY SIDE UP is located within walking distance of the downtown area, the ski lifts, and the Blue River, but the FREE bus stops across the street and one house down. Service is provided to Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain.
The house has 2500 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, a sauna and a hot tub for your enjoyment. The family room has a large pool table, piano, and wood burning fireplace. There is also a large living room which connects to the dining room and kitchen. All furnishings are recent purchases and nicely decorated. A glass sun space on the south side provides a spectacular area to watch the winter snow and stay warm.
