You will not find better accommodations, in a vacation environment, than our newer two-bedroom, two-bath, Courtyard Villa located in the Village of Duval. Tastefully-decorated and furnished to provide everything you need to enjoy your time at "The Villages." Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on your covered/screened lanai within your own private walled courtyard.
Feel comfortable knowing you can entertain friends in your gathering room, or as you enjoy a meal around your dining room table. Know that when you turn in for the night you will enjoy the spacious comfort of a King Bed and your guests will enjoy their comfortable queen bed as well as the luxury of private bathrooms within each bedroom area.
Our Courtyard Villa is located within walking distance to the Duval Neighborhood Pool. You are but a short drive away from the Lake Sumter Landing Town Center, the SeaBreeze Regional Recreation Center, and numerous golf courses. You have either Town Squares where each night they provide free entertainment and dancing, twenty-four Executive Golf Courses and (for a small additional fee) nine, FSGA-rated, Championship Golf Courses, as well as 18 heated pools where you can work on your tan, swim laps, or just sit back and relax.

One week wasn't long enough. I believe I could live in this courtyard villa full time. Perfect set-up. Loved the layout, decor, enclosed backyard, screened lanai, landscaping. Very comfortable, clean, up-to-date and well appointed. Walking distance to the pool where we also picked up a daily newspaper. We thought we'd use the golf cart more but only took it out for a short run or two, and used our rental car as our main transportation around The Villages. Also very impressed with The Villages.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

The villa was located in Duval - very close to Lake Sumpter and everything else by golf cart The villa was very well maintained and clean - just bring a toothbrush - I would definetly recommend this property to anyone and if we do not but our own by next year - I would love to stay in this villas again Thanks, Cheryl PinkhamRecommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+.

My Husband and our two friends stayed at this lovely home in November of 2011, we had a superb holiday and the house was so well presented and really was a home home from. The neighbourhood pools were all fantastic and only a few minutes away by cart. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances we needed to prepare & cook meals, on those nights we stayed in. Really lovely home, thanks Rick & Barb.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Very nice layout, and well-equiped. Good proximity to activities and only 15 minutes to downtown by golf cart (included in rent). Clean, comfy, and a very enjoyable lanai for morning coffee. Newer area and close to a public pool. We'd go back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: My wife and I currently live outside of Ft. Knox, KY. For the last several years we have traveled to our timeshare in Orlando and visited our son and his family in nearby Tampa. We love playing golf and have grown tired of the winters and the weather that it brings. We have visited the Villages several times and have friends that have purchased homes so we decided it was the best place for us to live when we retire. We have enjoyed everything about the Villages and look forward to living there permanently.
