Our March escape to this propety from our northern winter was wonderful. Hasslefree arrangements, ideal central Key location with both gulf and bay access, quality pool, tennis, and library facilities, and pleasant and courteous residents. Well maintained property, good value for cost, great place to relax. Plenty of nearby restaurants, 5 minutes to groceries, also near a friendly bicycle rental store.Recommended for: Age 55+.

My husband and I stayed in this condo the last two years. We cannot return due to an illness in the family. The unit is new and beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with all new pots and pans and dishes. The people who return here each year are so friendly and we made lasting friends. Parties and beach get-togethers are common. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The beach is just across the street. You can see the bay from the porch. There is a wide sidewalk down the island for biking and walking. I will miss going there so much.Recommended for: Age 55+.
