Welcome to Sunrise Villa - beautifully landscaped, four-acre sanctuary directly on a beautiful, secluded, soft pink, sand beach. This house has a huge deck for relaxing and listening to the surf. Built on a point of land, it has a breathtaking view along the coast and out to the sea.
This unique home with four bedrooms and four en suite bathrooms is ideal for families or groups. The bedrooms are located in wings separated from the main house allowing for individual privacy. The main importance of this feature is that anyone can go to bed early or get up late without being disturbed by other members of their party.
Each room has either a queen-size or king-size bed as well as a twin bed. All the bedrooms in this home are non-smoking, large, spacious, and equipped with its own en suite bathroom. Each bedroom being individually air conditioned.
Although this home has many fine features, the deck with its absolutely breathtaking view is the most impressive single feature. When on the deck you are 20-25 feet above the sea on a point of land. From there you have a magnificent view not only out over the reef and beach but along the coast as well. Guests spend many happy hours sitting under the shade of the roofed over table on the deck relaxing and listening to the sound of the surf.
The Island named Freedom: The island named Eleuthera is situated in the Bahamas. The word "Eleuthera" comes from the Greek word for freedom. This 110-mile-long island represents freedom for pretty much anyone who has ever visited the island. The inhabitants are some of the friendliest and caring people on Earth.
The trees on Eleuthera are untouched by companies who would make there money from cutting down trees. Fish and other sea creatures give up their own freedom for the survival of the inhabitants. Tourists come to Eleuthera to relax.
Being such a small, sparsely populated island, Eleuthera is free of social expectations, pollution, and other contributing stress factors. To anyone who is used to a high-pressure lifestyle or harsh winters, the warm soft pink beaches, the graceful palms, and the beautiful ocean represent true freedom.

We have stayed at Sunrise Villa several times over the past few years. The listing and pictures are accurate. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful with all our questions and concerns. Sunrise Villa is located on a beautiful property. Because the bedrooms are separate from the main house there is lots of privacy for larger groups. Each bedroom has it's own washroom. It is also very roomy and comfortable. The best thing about Sunrise Villa has to both the ocean view from the deck, which is outstanding, and the secluded beach. (spectacular)
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
