The village offers you great weather, seven clubhouses, five pools, and all the activities you may desire. This includes several golf courses( $14 dollars plus cart),10 tennis courts, a club house for bridge, arts and crafts, college education classes, bus transportation, and much more.
We offer you a wonderful place for you to stay and enjoy. Your home away from home is fully furnished with everything you will need! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is also newly painted, with new appliances in kitchen, new furniture throughout the unit and Pergo floors.
The Master Bedroom has a pillow top King size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size sofa bed.
Kitchen highlights include a flat electric cook top, oven, microwave and granite counters with a stainless steel sink.
The living room is comfort heaven with leather recliners, and a large flat screen TV. Dining room is dramatic, overlooking an eat -in central atrium with a barbeque.
Chase the sun in the large patio in front of the unit or in the atrium.
This unit is a one floor home, no steps, with no-one above or below. It faces a greenbelt which is quiet and private and perfect for entertaining quests. If you wish to shop, we are located centrally between the renowned South Coast Shopping Center, Spectrum, and Fashion Island in Newport.
