  We had a wonderful time. The rental we stayed at was beyond our expectations, we were traveling with 10 Adults and 2 children and the layout of this rental was just fantastic, we were not tripping over each other it was so huge. When we travel in the future we will be looking to stay here. It was also very accessible to everything all parks and ammenities and the restaurants were amazing if one was crowded you could go down the street and low and behold there was another one. I recommend everyone check these out for the cost it was well worth it. Several years ago we stayed in a condo just down the road and there is no comparison. This rental was worth the money. Since our stay I will recommend this to all my family and friends. Thank you so much.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Being able to stretch out and be comfortable was nice. It helped to be able to relax and not be on top of people after a day at the parks. My youngest daughter loved being able to go in the pool each day. The house was beautiful but well used. The carpets were dirty and the walls all scuffed from the many travelers who have used it. The master bathroom was gorgeous. Having washer and dryer was so convenient. Overall it was a great place to stay during our memorable stay in Florida. We would highly recommend it to everyone.

  nice home, clean enough. stained carpets and cushions on dining chairs, but to be expected for a family/kid rental home I guess! perfect stay for us with small kids with the alarm to the pool, as annoying as it was we felt much better with it. good price.

  Owner response: Thank you very much for staying at our villa. I appreciate your kind comments. Those stains are left by the previous guests. I know the property manager had tried to clean up. But it may be hard depending on what had been dropped on it. We certainly will look into this issue again.   We had a wonderful time. The property manager was very helpful and polite. I would recommend this property to any family. I will certainly use it again. We had a large group of 10 and everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the game room tremendously. You can be sure to here from us soon.

  This was not the first time I was in Orlando, but was certainly one of the most enjoyable. The Villa was immaculate and everything worked absolutely well, perfectly accommodating 12 people. This is a fantastic option both in terms of comfort and financial aspect. The location of the Indian Creek is also excellent. I'm sure this will be my next option on the trip to Orlando.   Everything about our stay at this beautiful home met, or exceeded, our expectations. As advertised the villa is very spacious home with a nice pool and yard with great location to the parks and restaurants, affordable and well worth the value. The villa is exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated and provided all of us a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day at Disney. Most enjoyable experience and well worth the stay. I will recommend it to my friends and relatives.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We were so impressed with our recent stay in your incredible vacation home my wife said I had to write you a review for you. Here goes.... My family recently stayed at your lovely six bedroom Vacation getaway within several miles of Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. The home is tucked away in a very private neighborhood but is still close to many restaurants, bistros and coffee shops (for example ; Outback steakhouse, Red Lobster, Macaroni Grill, Starbucks etc.), shopping plazas with anchor tenants like Target, Walmart and Publix or discount outlet stores (Nike sports....) However, we liked your home so much we actually cooked many meals for ourselves in the well equipped kitchen while the kids enjoyed a relaxing swim (after long days at the Disney theme parks) in our private enclosed pool area that is open to the living room through a set of double French doors. On one rainy day we never left the house and had a marathon ping pong, billiards and air hockey competition in the playroom. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated and had very comfortable beds with immaculate linens. We used the washer and dryer in the laundry room and never wanted for anything. Many evenings we watched a family movie on the huge flat screen TV with cable service, surfed the net on your high speed wireless network or played board games and cards on the huge dining room table. With so many bedrooms all the children had their own room with TV and we all drifted off to sleep with the nothing but our favorite memories of the Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Hollywood Studios, Downtown Disney, and Universal Studios dancing in our heads. When it was time to leave we were so glad we only had and easy 25 minute drive to the Orlando airport. I can't imagine why anyone would ever stay in a hotel in Orlando if they knew about this modern 6 bedroom getaway that is so luxurious, spacious and reasonably priced. We plan on going again in 6 months and invite our cousins to come with us next time. We never imagined you could rent a beautiful home so close to the Disney resorts and for such a great price. Thanks again for the great vacation experience. No hassles, no stress, just old fashion family value.
