This Spectacular Sundance cabin, located on the desirable sunny side of the mountain, has been artistically designed in rustic old west style with the intention of transporting you to a time and place of the past. Our goal is to create the ultimate Sundance experience that you will never, ever forget.
This is your opportunity to revel the most unique property on the mountain, with it’s authentic reclaimed materials, beautiful hand carved walnut, crackling, wood-burning fireplace fashioned with Sundance stone, petrified wood, and even a few fossils & crystals to create a primitive feel.
Dine and entertain at an antique 1880’s, saloon style bar and kitchen. Relax in a luxurious and healing copper tub while enjoying the beautiful alpine views, or stretch out and delight in the spacious, natural stone steam room. You'll love stepping out from the exquisite master bedroom suite to the huge “roof-top” deck and hot tub overlooking stunning Mt. Timpanogos. The ultra-rustic “sleeping porch” guest bedroom with its alpine scenery and the sounds of a glacial river below is pure heaven, as is the cozy loft bedroom that looks out to lighted ski slopes on snowy winter nights.
Accommodations for up to 8, or the the perfect, ultra romantic hideaway for just the 2 of you. **The Owl Spirit can be also be combined with the Dreamcatcher cabin as a 6 bedroom home that will accommodate 12-17 guests (12 in bedrooms and 5 in sofa sleepers & sleeping nook).
*Conveniently located on TImphaven Road, just a 1/2 mile walk to the base of Sundance Ski Resort village and ski lifts.
As a four season resort, Sundance has a wide variety of wonderful activities available to the public year round. Besides all the traditional activities such as skiing, biking, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, etc., take a beautiful chair lift ride during the warmer seasons (including evening rides under the full moon), watch a movie outdoors, attend an art workshop, create your own jewelry, take a guided bird watching hike, or pamper yourself at the Sundance Spa. You will have the time of your life at this beautiful resort!
Close to everything! Provo/Orem just minutes away. 55 minutes to Salt Lake City airport. Other local ski resorts: 35 minutes to Park City, Deer Valley & The Canyons. 60 minutes to Alta, Snow Bird, Brighton and Solitude.

Rental Deposit, Damage Deposit, Cancellation and Pet Policy:
A 25% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance of the rental payment must be received within 30 days of the reservation date. A credit card # will be requested initially to hold the reservation until the deposit payment is received. The credit card # also serves as a damage deposit in the event the renter's group damages the property.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund of deposit will be given upon receiving a written cancellation request by 5:00pm, 30 days prior to the check-in date. No refunds offered for cancellations with less than 30 days notification as it is very difficult to re-rent the cabin with short notice.

We had the most fantastic time at Sundance in the most gorgeous, unique cabin we've ever seen. We rented Owl Spirit AND Dreamcatcher together and they were perfect for our family and friends (14 of us total), and offered full privacy from one another. There were lets see... 7 awesome decks in all, and 2 hot tubs!!! Our friends were in Dreamcatcher and we were in Owl Spirit. We could have stayed here for a week and it wouldn't have been enough time to take in all the zillions of ultra cool, custom features. The rustic wood burning "true masonry" fireplace raised the coziness factor to new levels, and the western kitchen was amazing. Well, everything was amazing. And I got to wake up to a full on view of Mt. Timpanogos every morning!. The steam room and copper tub were to die for. We're coming back for a ski week!! Oh, just about forgot, there were at least 30 wild turkeys running around in the yard and standing right in the stream.. Amazing wildlife right on the property.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

All we can say is "how did you create this"??? Wow!! Even down to the rustic leather curtains in the sleeping porch bedroom! The "bar" kitchen rocks, and well... everything does. What an experience. Thank you for the opportunity of staying in the most amazing cabin! It's really unbelievable. Everywhere you look, there's another amazing piece of rustic architecture. It's mind boggling!!! We can't imagine how this cabin was designed and furnished in such a creative and authentic way. It's just over the top!!! So cozy, with the sounds of a stream from all the bedroom windows, the huge, towering pine barely outside the living room windows. Really, this has been the setting for our perfect Sundance trip. I have had a chance to visit several Sundance rental properties and this place by far outshines them all. The home is very comfortable, extremely well appointed and filled with love by the owners. There are so many amazing touches, secret nooks and crannies and the views from the several decks will knock your socks off. Nothing has been overlooked for an unforgettable stay; from the cozy bedding, ultra soft towels, food to feed the visiting squirrels, and information about what to do and see in the area. Sundance is a very special place and this a great choice of a home to stay. The owners we very friendly and happy to help with any questions we had. A dream vacation for sure!Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

My wife and I just returned from Sundance where we rented Owl Spirit to celebrate our anniversary. Stunning is all I can say!! The interior had so many cool touches that I continued to find interesting things even after being there a couple of days. The upstairs is where the master suite is. It was like being in a spa, which I really needed. I used the huge steam room every day after my morning run. At night my wife and I relaxed in the copper soaking tub with candelabras burning on either side. Afterwards we would sip wine under the stars in the hot tub which is on a large deck, also off the master suite. Morning coffee is my favorite relaxing time which I enjoyed upstairs, on the deck, where I had awesome views of Mt. Timpanogos and other times on a deck off the side of the cabin with beautiful views of changing leaves of maples, oaks, and aspens. Also provided for my wife and I were ski passes which enabled us to ride the ski lift for free. We got off halfway up the mountain and hiked over to a beautiful waterfall and then down to the resort for lunch. Overall a great, romantic, and restful time which was very much needed.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

I really enjoyed staying at this adorable cabin. It has beautiful views of the mountains, stream, and wildlife. Falling to sleep hearing the sound of the stream below was so relaxing. It was very peaceful as it sits back off the road. The cabin is in beautiful condition and the rental agent, Trieste, is very knowledgeable of Sundance as she actually owns a cabin there. She was very helpful with things to do around the area and some great restaurant recommendations! I would highly recommend this for a couple or small group. It's a fantastic get away.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We stayed at this lovely chalet for a long weekend -- easy access to the resort (you can walk there if you want) and yet we were away from the hum of it all. The house is a delightfully furnished cabin, extremely tidy and feels well loved. You definitely get the Sundance experience and yet have the added wonder of being on a beautiful stream and getting totally away from it all.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
