This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Just a short walk to the beach.
The interior and furnishings of the home are all new, very modern and tasteful. It’s like living in a comfortable luxury hotel.
The open floor plan; kitchen, dining room and family room are sure to bring out the vacationer in you. The granite countertops along with the stereo sound system simply invite you, your friends and family to eat, drink and be merry. If you’re a foodie who likes to grill, step outside to the screened-in lanai and grill up those steaks, or just enjoy the private backyard that overlooks a pond where seabirds and the occasional otters come to visit. You can enjoy this view from the lanai or poolside.
For additional entertainment we have two flat screen TV’s, the first one is located in the family room while the second one can be found in the master bedroom.
There are so many attractions nearby, Round Island State Park, Ocean Ave with all the shops and restaurants are just a quick 5-minute drive. Come for a home vacation away from home.

We recently had a family wedding at Vero Beach. Some of the family stayed at the Holiday Inn, some at Estefan's hotel, and a group of us chose to stay at this Vero Beach property. Great for extended families with multiple bedrooms and multiple entertaining areas. The lanai was a god send for the first two days as we had a couple days of rain. Updated kitchen was well equiped for cooking. Pool was on the smaller side, but great for cooling off. Short walk (2 blocks) to the beach.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Great place to stay! This home was very family friendly and so clean and comfortable. The kitchen/dining area was more than roomy enough to accomodate my entire family, and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the screened patio and pool area the most! Great home and I hope to be able to take my family there again next year!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is a great house for a family rental for a week or more. We stayed with our 4 children and had planty of room to entertain them (and my parents for dinner). Kitchen is well equipped and convenient to the outdoor cooking area. The pool is great for small kids and has a nice patio area. The house came with everything we needed including wifi and cable which we needed as well as detailed books about places to go for everything in the area. The rental communications were easy and my deposit was returned within a week of my return. We would defintely stay there again and recommend it to friends or family.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
