  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at this incredible home and can't wait to do it all again. The house is ultra cool. The pool and outdoor area is absolutely fantastic. Daytime was enjoyed chilling by the pool .. we spent every night watching the sunset over the beautiful mountain view .. eating outdoors, jacuzzying, swimming and finally enjoying the fire-pit before bed ... then getting up and doing it all over again :-) The place is close to everything .. and just has this really amazing vibe. We can't wait to rent again. Thanks ... was Perfect!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully appointed mid-century home in Racket Club. The house have everything you need to entertain or stay at home and cook and enormous dinner. The heated pool and spa, gas fire pit in the back yard are resort like and in tip top condition. Lounge in comfort with amazing views of the mountains. Only a few minutes drive to the center of town. This places is idea!

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 10 days at this house in the middle of August. Despite record setting heat we managed to have a great holiday. The AC and great pool helped keep us cool. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. The living room is ok. Retro couch is not the most comfortable but then again we tried to spend as little time as possible watching tv or sitting inside. The backyard is what made us pick the house. Pool was a good size. Also the overhang and outside dinning area was a perfect way to stay out of the sun in the afternoon. Sat out by the fire pit every night once the sun went down and enjoyed the beautiful mountain views. I would only recommend a couple of improvements. They only provided 3 beach towels which wasn't enough especially for a four bedroom house. Second the 4 loungers get shade for a couple hours in the morning but it would be nice to have umbrellas there for added shade as it would allow you to use them more. Overall a great property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the layout of the house. Loved the decor. Kitchen was stocked well stocked The only item I could have used was a salad spinner. Enough towels as well. The air conditioner was very noisy. And no locks on any bedroom doors or bathroom. The pool was absolutely great! The sun tanning spot in the pool is a fabulous idea. Just needed an umbrella at times. If there were blinds you could close on the windows in the peaks of the open space I'm sure it would cut down on the heat inside the house and probably the a/c bill as well. Any issues we had were fixed asap. Over all I was very pleased with this place. Thanks a bunch.

The pool was not clean when we arrived,but two days later the pool guys discovered there was something wrong and fixed it. We were with 7 people in the house for our sons wedding,we were totally not loud,but liked to sit in the evening outside and talk. We had a complaining neighbor knock on the door,that he could hear us and his bedroom window is next to the patio from the house. Great... we are on vacation and cannot sit long nights outside? so I bought him flowers and a bottle of wine to apologize,as we had 3 more nights to go, one night we stayed inside (actually ridiculous that we are scared to sit outside, as we are not loud people)Would be an idea if the owner of this vacation house would make a wall at the side of the patio as a sound barrier, because i have read more reviews about this property about the complaining neighbor. Or he is just a super easy to get angry neighbor,and he seemed like this. Don't know. I can understand you don't want to have neighbors sitting outside every night and hear them talking, but this is a vacation home, so every week new guests arrive and they are coming to enjoy the outside life not the inside. And I felt paranoid after he came and had the idea we had to whisper in the evenings when we were outside, as there will be a big fine if he would call the property management or police.This took away somewhat of the enjoyment. But overall we all enjoyed the house had a great time there. Everything is in the house you need, towels, pots, pans dishes everything :)

  My family were in great need of a sunny getaway from the rain in Seattle and this home provided the perfect solution. It was fun to have an ultra-hip Palm Springs home at our disposal. We hung out at the pool non-stop, went running in the morning through the old downtown and visited all the near by attractions including Joshua Tree state park. We were able to relax, in the spacious modern home and let the kids watch one of the big TVs when they were bored, giving ourselves the retreat we parents were needing. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
