Sweeping views and wide front beach on scenic Peconic Bay from traditional beach cottage on secluded, child-friendly private way. Watch the sunrise, sunset, swim, sail, bike, boat, read, relax and play all day. Ideal location for swimming, sandcastles, sunbathing, shelling, birding, biking, fishing, kayaking, sailing, tennis, walking, jogging, relaxation and recreation.
Ideally suited for responsible family or couple. This is a quiet community; no group rentals, loud music or late parties. Within walking or biking distance to tennis, biking distance to town, shops and restaurants; short 15 minute drive to ocean beaches with great bodysurfing, 5 minute drive to golf courses.
In addition to two bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with twin beds and space for a crib, there is an upstairs sleeping loft with six beds for children, relatives or guests, and a desk workstation area with an open balcony with bay views. Expanded kitchen, lovely living room, dining room table that seats ten, all with amazing views. Wraparound deck with chaise lounges, chairs, tables, umbrella and gas BBQ grill.
All seasons are beautiful on Peconic Bay; spring's fresh flowers and birds, summer's glorious warm sun and water, falls' harvest and turning leaves, winter's serenity and splendor. There is an outdoor shower and changing room for summer, a propane gas heater in the fireplace for winter.
Rental includes access to bicycles, sea kayak, tennis rackets, life jackets, fishing rods, beach toys, cards, games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for all ages. Usage of tennis courts, Sunfish sailboat and windsurfer can be arranged for an additional fee.
Our family has spent many wonderful times together experiencing all that a lovely beach house has to offer for over 50 years. We trust you’ll enjoy similar experiences that will create lasting memories.

About the owner: We grew up with this lovely beach house on Peconic Bay and have enjoyed its serenity, waters, experiences, adventures and treasures over the years with family, relatives and friends of all ages. Like everyone who comes here, we are enriched and enchanted by the water, waves, winds, and ways that nature brings us closer to ourselves, others and the natural world.
