  What a perfect place to stay and enjoy the beauty of Marco Island. The home has been totally updated with a great room/ open concept. The kitchen is beautiful with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and any appliance you may need. With restaurants, shops and the beach just a short walk away the location is fabulous. Beach toys, chairs, fishing rods and tackle, and bikes are available for you to use and you can fish right off your own private dock. The owners have paid great attention to every detail to make your stay warm and inviting. A great place to stay!

  Dawn & Dave We had the best relaxing vacation and thoroughly enjoyed renting your home. It was nicely decorated and all ammenities of home. We were also pleasantly suprised to find all the things needed to go the beach and out on the boat we rented. It also was conveintly located near great restaurants, shopping and the beach.   As a frequent traveler, I have to say that this house rated beyond my expectations in every way. The location was perfect and a 4 minute walk to Marco's most magnificaent beach. The house was comfortable in every way and I can't think of anything that could be added. The pool was warm and inviting, the billiard table provided great fun for late night play and all the bedrooms so charming and comfortable. Do yourself a favor and stay here for a nice relaxing holiday with your family. You will not be disappointed.

  Dear Dawn and David, Staying at your home truly was a vacation. So convenient to the gulf, restaurants and shops. Having our teenage sons and nephew safely walk to the movies and Nacho Mama's for hot wings whenever they wanted was perfect. It really is a vacation when you do not need to get into your car to drive everywhere. My husband and sons enjoyed fishing off the dock and once or twice caught and released a fish. We were also lucky enough to witness a dolphin come into the canal and he too caught a fish, except he did not release. Having a family barbeque by the pool while others played pool worked out great. The information you provided was very helpful and greatly appreciated. You were a pleasure to speak with and our family looks forward to our return to Marco Island for another enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Thank You from the Reid and Buono families.

  House was very nice and clean. House was stocked with everything you need for the beach. We did go to the beach but most of our time was spent by the pool. The bicycles and fishing poles were a nice plus. We did have a small issue with the temp in the refrigerator but it was resolved quickly. Both the rental agent and owner were very apologetic. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

  We absolutely loved it! The house is awesome, as is the location! 5 min walk to the beach and it is Marco Central! The dolphins playing in the canal behind the house was a treat! The guest book was full of wonderful advice on the local food and was right on every count! The amenities were awesome and well thought out. The weather caused a minor problem that left us without the pool for most of the week but things like that cannot be avoided sometimes, it would not keep us from going back, we will certainly do it again. Our little doggie did not want to go home! Thanks Dawn and Dave, really awesome!

  We stayed here for a week and would've loved for it to be longer! The place was absolutely gorgeous and had wonderful amenities. It was a tranquil setting and the location was great. The bicycles were a wonderful plus and so much was within walking distance. They had fabulous restaurants really close and although we didn't make a movie, it was nice to have that option. We rented a couple of DVDs but mostly relaxed on the lanai or stayed in the pool. We did rent a boat and the dock out back was great. We highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed and we can't wait to return! The LaCour's

  We loved the house and pool. We spent more time at the pool than at the ocean/beach. It was on and off rain for most of the week but we didn't mind getting sprinkled on inside the screen covered pool area. The patio sitting area outside was completely covered overhead so those that were not in the pool stayed dry. Pool lights at night were beautiful. Very quite neighborhood. It was a very relaxing vacation.

  The home was all that was advertised and more. Besides being located in a great location close the beach, restaurants, and some shopping, it was very clean and well maintained. The pool was good sized, clean, and warm. Everything was well stocked and organized within the home from the kitchen to the beach stuff in the garage. Our adult children found the pool table a fun activity when around the house, Would highly recommend this home.

  We had a grand time in Marco Island. The pool and pool table were a perfect compliment. We had some great tournaments. We used a new bottle of Heinz ketchup for what became the coveted trophy. The location, was near to everything just like you said. We rode bikes everywhere. It was just too short of a stay

  This was our first reservation via homeaway and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property was a dream-come-true. First of all, the management company was very professional and organized, and it was easy to pick up and drop off the keys. We had some contact with the homeowners who are very responsive. The house is pristine and extremely well equipped. The road that the property is located on is very quiet. Our kids never got out of the pool except for when they wanted to play a round of pool. The first morning we opened the patio door, we were greeted by a dolphin swimming by. The pool gets the sun all day, which is great, and there is also a covered area if you prefer some shade. Restaurants and shopping is within walking distance as is the beach. If we vacation on Marco Island again, we would not hesitate to rent this home again.

  “From day one of starting the rental process - Andrew Vale was exceptional and made me feel at ease with the procedure and his confidence in the property-nothing was too much trouble for this guy-thank you. Excellent property and we felt at ease/home immediatly. All equipment was of a very high standard and everywhere was spotlessly clean. When we experienced an issue- someone was on hand to sort immediatley. My own personal view (not shared by my husband) is that the lounge/family room is too dark but I feel sure this will be addressed. The master bedroom... wow that bed is so comfortable and again quality of all bedlinen / towells are top notch. The pool is a very good size but the lanai needs some attention. Bathrooms are fabulous again so clean and good size. Location- this met all our requirements so close to the beach/ restaurants and bars. Dont think we could have done better than rent this property. Garage has new bikes(2) and everything you need to take a family to the beach.”

  We just got back from a week at the Rubin rental and we all enjoyed the house and all its amenities (love the beach cart)! Every time we thought to look for something we found it so kudos to Dawn and Dave for thinking of everything! We especially enjoyed the comprehensive binder of information for the house and for things to do and places to go on the Island! We would definitely rent this property again!

  We were told we were going to like the property, well we simply loved it! We have stayed in Marco before in various houses and condos but none compared to this property. Pictures on the website do not do justice to the real beauty and warmth of this house. Everything was shiny, clean, fresh and beautiful. House is perfectly located to all the action and the movie house. The property is gorgeous, the amenities incredible, the cleanliness of every room amazing which only contributed to a very pleasant stay that we are looking forward to repeat next year. I would very gladly recommend this house to friends and family. Thank you to the Rubins for sharing their home with us, we were impressed!

  My husband and I had a wonderful time the house was beautiful very clean and the family made sure everything you could possible need on your vacation was there. I felt so at home and love the book you left with tips on all the restaurants and place's to go D'Vincs Italian Restaurant was wonderful. Everything you needed was in walking distance's no need for a car, beach was perfect . We will definitely return next year. I would recommend this lovely home to all.Thank you to the Rubin's for sharing there home with us!!!!

  The Marco Island home had everything we could have needed! The size was perfect and location amazing. Having our own private pool was such a treat for all. A very short walk to beautiful white sand beaches with the most amazing shells I've ever seen in the states. The home is located within walking distance to great restaurants and attractions and the island small enough to see all there is to offer.

  Just got home from spending time at this property and felt compelled to share our experience. This is not just another rental unit, this feels like a vacation home. The completely redone interior is filled with quality furniture and the open living area is perfect for the family. Much time was spent lounging by the pool, cooking on the grill and listening to the fish jumping in the canal. Completely relaxing time at the house. Just a 10 minute/easy walk to the beautiful beach as well as restaurants, convenience store, and shopping. This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to the action. Beach time was spent near Stilts (where you access the beach) and this became our beach home base. Great sand, close to the house and we had Stilts for food, drinks and bathrooms. Also, the sunset something to see. The owners of the property really show they care by carefully attending to the details of the house. They also had a very comprehensive guide to restraurants, bars and local sites. Very useful tool. Just a great experience and one we will surely repeat.

  We had never been away for a month before. We were nervous...how would it be living in someone's home? All that worry for naught. The home is lovely. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. All concerns were handled promptly and pleasantly. We were so pleased that we booked the home for 6 weeks next year.

  We stayed for the month of January, and the property was everything it was promised it to be! My only suggestion for improvement is to buy some new bikes. Other than that is was perfect!!

  Walking to dinners or movies with the boat in the backyard in a tropical setting was fantastic. The southern exposure pool was just what the wife needed. We did not want to leave.

  "We have rented many vacation houses in the past. By far and away the condition of every amenity in this house was perfect. We got a kick out of the fact that the owners thought out our every possible need to make our stay perfect. They went over the top on the quality of furniture, televisions, pool table, appliances, outdoor grill, fishing polls, dishware, cutlery, pans, (you name it) – all were tremendous.
