  This was the vacation spot of our dreams. Sherry has thought of everything to make guests feel at home. Whatever we needed in the kitchen was there. Beach toys, books, playing cards, candles, a telescope for whale watching, everything was there. The king temperpedic mattress was super comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave. thank you Jon and Sherry!

  We spent 3 glorious weeks in Sherry and Jon's unit February 2013. The Maui Parkshore is a fabulous location, with this suite in the premiere spot! The decor is so welcoming, the kitchen is top notch, and the beds are super comfortable! The only downside to this unit is having to leave! Thank you Sherry and Jon!

  Jon and Sherry were very accomodating and their place is FABULOUS. Second time in maui, and second time I've stayed in a unit at the Maui Parkshore. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay during your vacation in Maui (with all the comforts of home), 416 is a must. Thanks again!

  Just steps away from a fabulous beach where we enjoyed boogie boarding, snorkelling, turtle watching and hanging out on the easy to fold up/transport beach chairs (all items provided in this unit). If we happened to forget something, we could zip back to the unit in an instant. No need to pack up for the day :) The unit itself is very clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The deck furniture is super cozy for whale watching, eating dinner or just hanging out and enjoying the view. Restaurants and shops are an easy short walk up the street. We still had the comforts of home like a great TV, WIFI and a wonderful sound system. This was our 2nd time in this unit and we look forward to returning again in the future.

  This condo was perfection. It really is just like in the pictures in the listing- no disappointment upon arrival to find it not as nice as the staged pictures. It is beautifully renovated, very modern, beachy decor but not overdone "tropical" like many of the Hawaiian condos I've seen. The closets are loaded with things for a day on the beach- 4 boogie boards, coolers, a wheeled cart, tons of nice beach chairs and umbrellas to choose from! Also plenty of beach towels, straw mats, sand toys, and more! The kitchen is gorgeous and nicely stocked with pots and pans, silverware, and dishes. It would be nice to have some more basics like cooking spray, napkins, and dishwasher detergent, but there were plenty of spices and lots of Keurig coffee K-cups to choose from. The lanai is huge and gets nice breezes. We would lower the shade when we left for the day and the unit was nice and cool when we returned. The view is beautiful of the beach, but also to the side with a view of the fountains, grassy area, and flowers of the condo grounds next door. The fountains were light up at night with lights that changed colors which my kids loved to watch. Even though this unit is located next to the stairwell, it was not too noisy. The only noise that woke us up were some very loud birds, but we didn't mind that too much. The unit was so clean, bug-free, and well-maintained. Thank you Jon and Sherry for sharing your piece of paradise with us! We would highly recommend your unit to others, and actually already have!

  Stayed at this condo November 24 - December 3, 2012. We were extremely happy with the location (just steps away from Kam III Beach) and very close to shopping and restaurants. The beaches in the area are beautiful and offer great snorkeling and swimming. The condo itself was beautifully updated and well laid out. I enjoyed the airiness of the condo (there is no air condition but you don't need it!)- the trade winds along with the ceiling fans keep the condo breezy and cool. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and I loved the Island to sit around and make meals and chat. The Lanai is much bigger than most condo's in Maui, and it has nice seating for both relaxing and eating. The sunsets are stunning - and the sun shade and large glass doors which open completely are a nice touch and makes the Lanai much more of an outdoor living space. The condo is well equipped with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and pretty much anything you would need. I loved this place and look forward to coming back soon!

• Amazing Condo!!

  I just got back from spending a week at Jon and Sherry's condo with my husband and two-year old son and their condo is amazing. We felt 100% at home here, all the amenities you would need to cook and go to the beach were in the condo. The king sized bed in the master is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, better then any luxury hotel. I am quite picky with cleanliness and the condo was in pristine condition. The view from the lanai is one of the best of any of the condos in Kihei, we would sit out there in the mornings watching the ocean enjoying a cup of coffee. We will book this condo the next time we go to Maui, simply amazing!!

  What a lovely condo. It was a delight to stay in such a well equiped and beautifully decorated place. It was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. Not only was the kitchen state-of-the-art; it was very comfortable. I didn't feel like we were in a vacation rental, but in someone's home. The view is one of the best in Kihei. It is directly across the street from the ocean, but with nothing blocking the evening sunset. The patio has teak furniture and a very convenient shade for the afternoon sun. We usually stay in hotels, but for two weeks, we thought a condo a nice alternative. Now we are spoiled and only want to stay in Jon and Sherry's condo. Hopefully next year, we will be back. Thank you for such a perfect holiday accomodation. Oh, we used the public bbq twice during our stay. Very nice and since there are 6 grills, we never had to wait for an open one. The grills are gas, and the food tasted delicious. We had local delivery twice, pizza and local plate dinners, and were able to walk to many near by restaurants. The location is so convenient. The local bus also stops in front of the condo, and I used it once. I highly recommend this unit. Even the housekeeper stopped by when we arrived to check in and see if everything was satisfactory. I appreciate the kindness of everyone involved. Many Mahalos, Kim and Ty Collins The Owner's were very nice to communicate with.

  Having spent the month of November in this unit, we can tell you it is in a great area, has awesome views, is clean and well stocked and the owners are very accomodating. The location is convenient to beaches, shops and restaurants. You can stroll across the street to Kam III Beach and watch the beautiful sunsets. The lanai is a good size and being on the top floor corner, is open on one side which gave us a nice breeze and we were able to see the beautiful fountains next door. The kitchen has everything you could want in a vacation getaway!

  We spent the month of Feb 2012 in this unit and it was perfect. Very nicely deocorated and clean. The kitchen appliances are new and the utensils and cookware are very well stocked. The Kureg coffee was a really nice touch. I especially enjoyed the fact that the plates all matched as well as the cutlery, there are also more than enough glasses and wine glasses. The lanui furniture is beautiful Teak wood and can accomodate several people. The view from the lanui is ocean and park as well as the lovely fountains on the property beside the parkshore. There are plenty of boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels and beach coolers, even a great pull cart that I took to the market on Saturday mornings. Our time in Maui was wonderful and this Unit was really perfect.. This will be my first call for booking again and I know of two other families who have already made contact to book for 2013. Owners where very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with, they provided all the information required and where in contact upon our arrival to ensure that everything was perfect. We have enjoyed a very relaxing and wonderful Maui Time.
