Open the full length sliding doors to the the 175 sq. ft . Lanai. One of the condominiums that has a ROLLER shade on the Lanai. Watch the amazing Sunsets or dine by the stars ... the Teak table seats 4 very comfortably. New Lanai Chairs and Ottomans in January 2012.
The Sony TV has a Bose Surround Sound Home Theatre System to enjoy the local Hawaiian Radio, or watch DVD's (many in the unit) Watch extended TV channels with the new ROKU system or play your own tunes/podcasts with the IPOD Docking Station. Gorgeous sound all around! Wireless (WiFi) is complimentary. New Pottery Barn Sectional and Area Rug were new in May 2013.
The Master Bedroom has King Size Tempur-pedic Bed which is ultra comfy! The Ensuite has a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two (new in 2009) twin beds, which can be easily combined to be a King Bed. The Guest Bath has a full tub/shower surround.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancelled reservations are subject to a cancellation charge of $50.00. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your trip (120 days if it involves Christmas or New Years), a full refund minus the fee will be issued. If you cancel within 60 (or 120, if applicable) days of your arrival date, the refund is based on my ability to fill your reserved dates. About the owner: We came to Maui for the first time in January 2010 to run the Maui Marathon. We are both avid travellers and like to run marathons and hike all over the world.

You can snorkel from the beach and with Kamaole I, II and III all connected it has everything to offer including snorkelling, swings, park, change room, walking paths and more. Great Restaurants, shopping, and of course beach time! Kihei is still a small town friendly walking area that is great for families as well as retirees!
