This was our second year staying in the condo. The view is spectacular and the condo is decorated very nicely. We felt right at home during our stay (as did the kids who ranged from 2 years- 10 years). The price was very reasonable and the owners were great to deal with. Excellent communication! We will defnitely be going back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We have been coming to Destin for 15 year and have stayed at many different resorts in Destin including different. units within the Mediterranea. The Mediterranea is a favorite of ours. It is on the quiet end of Destin, It has a great location, beautiful grounds, great restaurants within walking distance and by far has the best pool and hot tub. This particular unit is top notch. The owner is extremely pleasant and could not have been easier to work with. The condo is clean and well kept and is furnished lovely with plenty of seating, great television and electronics. The kitchen is large well stocked (which is not always the case) . It has a large dining area and table that can accommodate at least 8 or 10 people. The floor plan is suited for families or couples that are sharing the cost as the two master suites are very private of each other. The third bedroom has a double bed with a twin bunk on top which is great for kids. The bedrooms are decorated beautifully. They each have newer televisions sets with dvd players and comfortable bedding. Each bedrooms has it's own private balcony and bathroom. The unit is a third floor end unit which makes for spectacular views from the balcony!
