We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to the condo. A little skeptical due to the much lower price than surrounding condos, we found the condo to be paradise. A beautiful view of the ocean, short walk to the beach and clean accomadations were awaiting our arrival. It was a wonderful place to call "home" for our 9 days in Kauai. We definitely reccommend this condo for your stay on the island. We will be returning in the future:-) Many thanks to Mikki!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for what we wanted - private, homey and lacking nothing. It was an enjoyable easy walk to the beach each morning for boogie boarding and easily accessible to shopping and sight seeing. It was lovely to wake up to the ocean view. We stocked up on food at Costco in Lihue so we didn't have to eat out much - that's a great way to go if you're trying to save $. Hopefully we'll make it back again soon. Thanks for sharing your great condo! We'll definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Kauai!

While this condo has it all; beautiful scenery, great location, comfortable setting, all the amenities. The best was Mikki. A gracious and accomodating owner. We're coming back in 2011.

A huge surprise for us. I found this condo online and had no idea what we were going to find. If you want a large resort with all the tricks, this isn't it. A true slice of heaven for those that want privacy and simplicity. A 12 unit complex on the water with views that go forever. Everything was supplied: boogie boards, towels, beach chairs, books, coolers). The pool is small but perfect for cooling off. BBQ on lawn area over the water. Great sunsets on the deck with a mai tai. Walking distance to everything. We can't wait to go back. Mikki, thanks for being so great. Aloha, Megan

We had a wonderful stay in the condo in January. Well-equipped, it has all needed amenities. The location - a short walk to Poipu beach - is perfect. The best aspects: the wonderful view of the sea from the lanai and the warmth and charm of Mikki, the property manager. Thanks for everything!

We stayed at the condo with our daughter and son-in-law and all four of us had a great time. The condo's location, which was right on the ocean added a touch of peace and tranquility. In addition, the location of the condo close to the Poipu Beach area was an added plus. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful vacation!

The Condo was very nice. It is in a great location right on the water, Walking distance to one of the worlds greatest beaches, so magazines say it is. The condo had all the amenities as well as good guide books. You can not beat the accomadations for the price either.

We loved staying at your condo. The location is perfect, near our favorite beach, easy to get to, and so beautiful. It was wonderful to wake up each morning to the view of the Ocean from the balcony. We felt right at home with all the amenities you provided, including the great Hawaiian music CD's. A fantastic get away.

We enjoyed the condo, it's very comfortable. From the deck we observed whales, sea turtles and birds. It made me jealous watching the whales play, they seemed so free. We discovered Lappert's Ice Cream, "Kauai Pie" is my favorite. We hope to enjoy the unit in the future.
