Absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, walk right across the street to the beach, Publix is just down the street and there is a hotel two doors down if you need it. The house was immaculate and so inviting. You start at the bottom floor and by the time you get to the top you are just in awe at how beautiful it is, especially the ocean view. There was a huge grill, coolers, beach chairs, and the balconies all around the house were great to sit on every morning and evening. We definitely plan to stay again!

This house was one of the best houses that I have stayed in. We rent a house every year at different beaches and this one was one of the most beautifully furnished and equipped houses I have had the pleasure of staying in. The gameroom with the pool table, shuffleboard and the big screen tvs was great. It was cold the week we stayed and no one was bored as there was so much to do in the house. There was also an abundance of board games, cards, uno to keep us all entertained. Nothing but kudos for a clean, spotless house with beautiful views, comfy beds and plenty to do. Also 2 miles or so from the historic district. Only problem was crossing the road to the beach, lots of traffic so have to be very careful with little ones. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Best Rental Ever

My now husband and I rented this property to provide accommodations for a few friends and family during our wedding week in St. Augustine. Everything was fantastic - the house was beautiful and we enjoyed every day we spent there. Even though we were there for a week, I don't think I got a chance to explore all the house has to offer! We even got a phone call from the owners the day after we checked in to ensure we were satisfied with everything - that's customer service! We look forward to staying here again next time we are in the area. Thanks Brian and Gia for allowing us to stay in your home and create some great memories of our wedding weekend. We will never forget the time we spent in this house.

My wife and I had our wedding at Vilano View. Not knowing that this place existed, we already knew that we wanted to rent a vacation home at the beach for the wedding and reception. We had and idea in mind of what we wanted and when we found this place it was exactly as we imagined. The place is decorated and amenitized with very luxurious and up to date features, and the views are spectacular. We were proud to have our guests be entertained in such a beautiful place. Also, with the extra bedrooms, we were able to provide friends from out town their own quarters which saved them money in hotels. Everyone that came loved it. The owners are a pleasure to deal with also.

Amazing Home

Ten of us stayed in this house while in Florida for the 26.2 With Donna. We were here for a week; eating, shopping, walking the beach, cooking, toasting, playing games and hot-tubbing. The house was clean, well-stocked with linens, towels, plenty of cooking utensils, plates, cups, glasses and silverware, and pillows & blankets. Publix is just down the street and downtown St Augustine is just minutes away. One day we did the Corks and Forks Tasting Tour in St. Augustine - it was wonderful! It wasn’t necessary for us to call on Brian for assistance; however he has been very responsive so I’m confident of his continued attention to make sure our stay was PERFECT! A suggestion to Brian would be to leave the light on at the entrance where the key is kept – OR install a motion light. Our first arrivals had a difficult time seeing the lock box since it was late when they arrived from the West Coast. Next year will likely be easier, though, since they’ll be familiar with the house. Also, the sofa beds are not very comfortable (the nature of the beast, actually). I know from personal experience, the inflatable mattress for sofa beds are AMAZING...very comfortable and easy to set-up and fairly inexpensive - (online purchase). This might be something to think about. All I can say is WONDERFUL!!! An unforgettable experience!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!

The home has plenty of room to move about freely! Huge kitchen& lots of dishes! Plenty of bedding, blankets and towels. The views are spectacular from this home all the way around it! Easy instructions to check in and out. Very clean. If you are a light sleeper, dont sleep in the master bedroom because you can hear people walking around. A wonderful place to stay thats also close to town.

Amazing gathering space

We LOVED this house, especially the living room with the sectional, the large dining table where all 10 of us could sit and enjoy dinner, and the huge kitchen, where, of course, we gathered every night. The house had more than ample linens, which is always appreciated with our group of 10 women. The location is 1 mile from a grocery store, and just a few miles to St. Augustine. The house was VERY clean when we arrived, and there was hand soap and TP in every bathroom, which is always a plus. You will NOT be disappointed if you stay here, the house is beautiful, and the view is amazing.

Love this home. This home was in a great location with great views of the ocean and marsh. There were multiple great restaurants close by. The home was well maintained and included most everything we needed. The only suggestion I would make was to include some more baking dishes - not that we did a lot of cooking but we did need one and could not find. The owners were great to work with - we called and received a response/help immediately. I would definitely recommend this home especially to large groups as there is plenty of room.

SPECTACULAR PLACE!!

We reserved this stunning home for the first week of the new year. The location is marvelous. It is only about a 5 minute drive over the bridge to all of the activities St. Augustine has to offer. We enjoyed the privacy that a home offers as well as having a full kitchen to prepare meals. Believe me, you will want to enjoy breakfast at home in the morning....one of my favorite things was to sit out on the incredible wrap around deck with my coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean. There is a new Publix grocery store right at the foot of the bridge which is ultra convenient. As you can tell from the photos, this house is professionally decorated and it is not like most vacation rental homes in this respect. It is luxurious, much like a high end hotel such as a Ritz Carlton. Also, most vacation homes are managed by non-caring companies who don't stay on top of details. Brian and Gia are easy to get in touch with if there is an issue (we had to call them for the wifi code) and it is apparent that these owners truly care about their guests. You will not be disappointed as it was worth each penny.

Location, location, location - the lap of luxury. Sunrise and sunset from the terrace were memorable. This, our second stay, lived up to all expectations. The new Publix nearby made food-shopping a pleasure. Plan to visit again.

This house should be rated as a six star house. It has everything. Every window and balcony gives you a picturesque view of either the ocean or the marsh. The home has plenty of large tvs, a huge 3rd floor kitchen- living area, numerous amenties and a game room that all adults and kids would love to spend time in. We spent the thankgiving holiday in this house with 13 people and had plenty of room, The location of the home is minutes from downtown St. Augustine which makes it ideal for tourists. The owners of the home were very helpful with addressing any questions we had about the home in a timely fashion. We will definitely come back here in the future.

It was my first time visiting St. Augustine, and this was the perfect house. The pictures don't do the place justice, as it is even more beautiful in person. We had a group of four families, and had plenty of room. We especially enjoyed the upstairs living area, where we could all spend time together. The views are tremendous from every room, and the wrap around porches/decks allow you to sit out (even in the terribly windy conditions we had - you could find a side out of the gale:)) and enjoy the sun. The location was so convenient to downtown and there is a new Publix less than a mile away. The homeowner was so easy and efficient to work with, and very prompt in answering any questions we had. I would definitely choose this home again and will recommend it to others.

WOW!!! Words can't describe this house. Pictures do not do it justice this house. This house is amazing. We went with 3 other family couples and had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone. The teenage boys loved the game room. Great location. Brian was great to work with. We will definitely stay at this house again.

I brought my daughter and some friends here for my daughter's 16th birthday. The house is even bigger and more beautiful that it looks in the photos! The owner was extremely courteous and accessible, the views are stunning and the location is perfect. I just can't say enough positive things about our stay!!

What an amazing house! The pictures truly don't do it justice. You can be on the east side of the house and hear nothing but waves (and maybe a car or two), and then be on the back of the house and hear silence. Everything was so perfect, from the floors (loved!) to the king size beds! The beds were so comfortable, the sheets were so soft, plenty of blankets if you got chilly, and plenty of space for that many people. We never felt crowded. We hope to come back here again soon. Thank you!

There is nothing I can write that truly captures this incredible home. During our four day stay we hosted our wedding reception at the home, ceremony at the beach ten feet away from the house and vacationed with family. Brian was hospitable in allowing us to visit prior and answered our numerous questions. Don't look elsewhere, there is no other home that compares.

This house is amazing. The Pictures do not do it justice. When you step into the house, you know its going to be a great stay. The decor is beautiful, and the house has everything you need in it from utensils and kitchen ware to towels. The house was very clean and is very well maintained with modern appliances. Brian and Gia were very sweet and very accommodating. They are also very flexible and attentive. My only reservation was the price, but after staying in the house, I believe it was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this house and will definitely be back soon! This is a First Class Stay! Virginia PS. The Jacuzzi, shuffle board, and pool table were great!!

The perfect vacation house!!!

My family has been visiting St. Augustine for the last 5 years and we can finally say we have found the most beautiful beach house in the area. We have a fairly large group with 7 adults and 6 children and it was no problem accomodating all of us. The house is spacious and clean. The views from all three wrap around decks are absolutely stunning. Brian and Gia are easy to work with and answered all of my millions of questions with out hesitation. The only regret I have is our vacation was way too short. We plan on making it much longer next summer. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, stress free vacation. We had my son's college graduation party here. Everyone that walked in could not believe their eyes. The house is so beautiful and spacious. The sunset was spectacular over the marsh. The house has the most amazing views. You can see the marsh, the beach, and downtown St Augustine. The house has everything that you need to have a great vacation or party. We had a fantastic stay! The owners are friendly and very easy to work with. They answered our million questions in record time. The house is incredible and more than we could have ever imagined. Every detail was well thought out, from the layout to the decor. There were actually several decor items I wished I could have for my own home. We enjoyed the easy access to the beautiful shell beach. The giant kitchen was fantastic for such a large group. Would suggest this rental to anyone!!!

Vilano View was the ideal place to host a writing retreat! Twelve writers, discovering old St. Augustine just moments away, thoroughly enjoying the tranquility offered at this lovely home. It offered the perfect inspiration, from the dazzling beach sunrises to the fireworks vista on the Fourth and the ancient city skyline and river view. We couldn't ask for much more. There was plenty of space to spread out, all the amenities sat waiting for us, we only needed to fill the fridge. This retreat felt just as much like a vacation--but without the long lines, we could get used to this. Worth every penny!

Fantastic home at a fantastic location! I can't speak highly enough about the property and the owners of this wonderful beach home. The location is perfect; a mere stones throw from the beach (actually across the street), this home offers unimpedied access the beach at all hours. The house is a dream! Three floors of exceptional home. Master bedroom is beautiful! Views are without compare! The service the owners provided was perfect. The few small questions or concerns raised were dealt with quickly and effectively! I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect vacation at a perfect location for the perfect weekend!

This home exceeded my already high expectations. We had our son's rehearsal dinner at the home and it was wonderful. Space for all. The kids played in the ocean. The views of the ocean were almost as great as the views over the "moors" from the master bedroom. I would love to return and just spend a week relaxing and touring St. Augustine. Amazing Wedding Weekend!!

What a amazing weekend! Our daughter and her "now" husband had wanted a small intimate wedding and when we saw the Vilano View house and we saw they allowed events we were so excited. As both families were from out of town we could stay in the house and have our event. We had a wonderful outside rehearsal dinner where we enjoyed using the grille and had a outside set up for our dinner. The weather was wonderful and we enjoyed the evening. We had our Ceremony at another venue but had our Reception at the house. The Caterer loved the large kitchen and all our guest LOVED the house. To let you know how much, the reception lasted for 6 hrs. everyone had a great time. We had planned on having bar tables set up out on the outside deck for the reception but the weather did not permit. It was no problem to move them inside as there is plenty of space. The house is big enough you don't feel your all crowded in. My daughter and new son-in-law said the weekend was exactly wanted they wanted to start their new life as man and wife. I look forward to renting again and just chillin out!

This house is amazing! We rented for our wedding and multiple wedding party friends from out of town. We already want to make renting this house to celebrate our anniversary a tradition with all of our best friends. Everything you need is in this house...dishes, linens for all beds, towels, chairs for beach, and PLENTY of space where you are not on top of each other. There are tons of awesome restaurants nearby, but with the kitchen and space you don't want to leave so we cooked almost each day there. The new Publix right down the road makes running out for last minutes needs so simple! The views are amazing from all sides and the private beach is nice and not overcrowded with tourists. We also had a handicap friend come stay with us and the elevator made his stay so accommodating and made for stress free weekend on him feeling like a burden. I cannot say enough about this house. Thank you Brian and Gia for this fabulous weekend with our friends and the memories we all took with us. We did not want to leave!

Everything We Expected & More!!!

Brian & Gia, We really enjoyed our week long stay at your lovely home. It was truly amazing!! There were six of us (3 couples) that met there the first week in December to celebrate a “60th” birthday. We had a wonderful time! The huge gourmet kitchen was great for all of us to be in there at the same time to chat and prepare meals. And the wrap around deck was wonderful for relaxing and watching a few sunsets and a few sunrises. The location was just a short drive to all of the restaurants and shopping in the downtown area. We would spend each day sightseeing and shopping and then drive back to our “oasis” to wind down the day. We loved the luxurious home décor and comfortable king size beds. Everything that you could possible need was provided in this home. The only problem we had was that our stay was too short! We will be back again and hopefully stay longer next time!! Everyone had a great time in the game room and the elevator made it easy for our older family members to join in on the fun downstairs. The sunrises & sunsets were breath taking. Perfect setting for our wedding!

I cannot begin to say how wonderful this house and it's owners are! We hosted the most beautiful wedding and reception at this house in October and it far exceeded every expectation. First, the house is perfect for entertaining. The backdrop of the intracoastal marsh on one side and ocean on the other is stunning. Our wedding photos were to-die-for! Not a day (or night) went by without spending time in deck chairs gazing at the view. The beach is right across the street and you'll find it pristine, without any tourists or crowds. I loved how the garage was full of beach chairs, toys and even a rolling cooler to pack up and head right over! If you love bird watching, make sure and pack your binoculars. Second, if you have a large group or plan on entertaining, you'll appreciate the extra parking space... take it from someone who knows, you will NOT find this amenity anywhere else in Ponte Vedra or Vilano Beach! The chef's kitchen is perfect for hosting a large dinner and there is plenty of counter space, places to eat, an elevator for transporting in groceries and enough bathrooms for a crowd. We didn't lack a single thing for our party. Third, location-location-location. The house is the perfect distance to downtown, restaurants and shopping. If you don't feel like crossing the bridge, there are a couple of excellent waterfront restaurants just minutes down the road. A Publix grocery store is going in exactly one mile away and once it's open, you may never consider leaving the beach at all! Guana River-Tolomato State Park is just north, perfect for walks, visiting the nature center or if you're looking for a boat ramp. Also, it's only about 45min to JAX airport, an easy drive. Fourth, the furnishings and decor are so stylish. No kitchy-Florida pink flamingoes here! The beds are extraordinarily comfortable, as are the big couches. We loved the wall-hangings, rugs, throw blankets and accents like a checkers/backgammon table, indoor shuffleboard and of course, the huge jacuzzi. It's like visiting a friend's home, not a spartan vacation rental. Lastly, the owners were diligent, accommodating and flexible at every stage of the process, from renting to planning our event. We never felt ignored or intruded upon. It's clear they take great pride in their property and business dealings. We would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Best place to stay in all of Ponte Vedra

My family rented this amazing house for my wedding during the month of September 2011. The house is truly unbelievable and large enough to allow 10-15 people to stay without being on top of one another. The elevator was a huge hit with those who had trouble with stairs and the multiple levels allowed everyone to do their own thing or blend in with the group. Overall my rating of this house would be a 10/10 due to the cleanliness and overall accomodations. Everythign was very well put together and the views from the top floor are second to none. Stunning Home, Wonderful Family Vacation

Wow! What an amazing house as the backdrop for a perfect family vacation! Our family (six adults, three small children and two small dogs) couldn't have been happier spending a week in this stunning home. Your home was extremely clean, beautifully furnished and thoughtfully stocked. Plenty of open spaces for large groups and entertaining while also providing enough privacy and quiet for sleeping children. Views can't be beat. We enjoyed sunrise and dinner/sunset on the top level deck each day. We entertained several groups of friends/family from the area during our stay and everyone was blown away by this breathtaking home. The club nearby had a fabulous swimming pool for the kids, the beach was quite private, we had a wonderful day at a nearby spa and even spent a morning swimming with the dolphins at Marineland. Thanks again! We will definitely recommend your home to others (actually already have)!

Brian & Gia, Wow!! There are truly no adequate words to describe how much we enjoyed your amazing home! What a privilege to have stayed in this TRUE PIECE OF PARADISE! The beauty of the place speaks for itself, but you can also feel the warmth and personal touches throughout each and every room. And while the pictures on the website are stunning, they do not compare to what you see and experience when you actually step foot into this perfect beach palace! The moment we saw it we knew it was the absolute perfect venue for our celebration and vacation. From the stunning decorum to the huge gourmet kitchen to the breathtaking views from every room, this impressive home left every one of our guests completely blown away in amazement! Parking for 50+ guests was no problem and the convenience of the elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. The house was perfectly stocked with everything from towels and linens to every imaginable item in the kitchen, and more than large enough to accommodate all of our guests comfortably. There wasn’t anything that we wanted for. And although there are so many fun and exciting things to do in St. Augustine, we truly never wanted to leave the place. We preferred instead to enjoy relaxing in the hot tub, playing pool, grilling out and watching sunrises and sunsets with our family and friends. The PERFECT Beach Home

Your home is beautiful and totally exceeded our expectations. Everyone is so pleased! The pictures you provide are representative, but it is SO much more! We all had a wonderful time, in part, because of the superior accommodations! Everyone who stayed or visited us your home this Wedding week was truly impressed. And I was a 'hero' for finding it! As other reviews have stated, this home can comfortably handle more than the 8 family members and 7 groomsmen we had with us. And I cannot rave enough about the convenience of the elevator. It made getting armloads of groceries to the HUGE 3rd floor kitchen a breeze. The 70 and 80 year olds with us also appreciated this feature. The many decks are great for watching the sun rise or just sitting various times of the day. While the groomsmen were there, they scattered along the decks for their Bible study and quiet times. They loved their 1st floor quarters in the gameroom and 3rd floor off kitchen! I'll have to admit when they left it was rather quiet and I didn't have to yell out 'woman on the floor' anymore. I must also say that the kitchen was perfect for 'many cooks in the kitchen'. So much room! And the buffet counter was so convenient for spreading out our Texas Bar-b-que for serving the Rehearsal Dinner. The rehearsal dinner was truly a special event and holding it in your lovely home made it even more special! We have all thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and all at the rehearsal dinner (except older grandparents) ventured over to the beach. It was a great time and we got some super footage for our wedding festivities for video. The bride even feted us with 'ballet on the beach"! We have made wonderful family memories in your home that will last a lifetime! Gia and Brian, thanks so much for sharing your home with us to make our trip for our son's wedding perfect!!

Vilano View has everything and more to accomodate your stay. We had 14 guest from 4 to 78 years of age, the pictures of the Beach House does not do it justice, We were never so comfortable in a rental. Every question and concern was professionally handled by Brian. We did not want for anything during our stay. I hope we can do it again.

Brian & Gia - Your home provided a wonderful venue for all of our family to be together for my husband and I to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Everything was as represented on your website and more. The views are so relaxing and the beach loads of fun for our family and grandchildren. The game room provided hours of entertainment for everyone. We lookford to future vacations in your beautiful home. Just about perfect!

This house, it's decor, the location, the attention to detail . . . is AMAZING!! We showed up with 3 kids and our golden doodle Maggie and were instantly blown away by the place. My husband and I are extremely picky when it comes to interior design and views. It topped our wildest expectations. The photos don't do it justice! As important to us, was how spotlessly clean the place was. We really felt like we must have been the first renters. The view looking back at the intracoastal across that long stretch of marsh grasses and trees is breathtaking. It's visible from the kitchen, the MBR, the huge jacuzzi in the masterbath, the rooftop, and best of all, that delicious hot tub on the back deck. From the rooftop perch, you look past the Usina Bridge to downtown St. Augustine at sunset. You don't want to leave the house, except to run directly across to the gorgeous beach. Only problem was the distance to the Publix but with the new one going in at the base of the bridge, you could ride your bike there. Love this house! My husband wants to buy it :-)

WOW! What a great place to stay. A clean open floor plan and the wrap around decks have great views. We all had a great time at the house. there was plenty of room for our large family and the hot tub was a hit for all ages. House supplied plenty of towels, linens, and items you just wouldn't think about bringing on vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped and had plenty of sitting room. The beds were comfortable, and the master bedroom was very impresive . We would definitely stay there again.

My family along with My brothers family and our parents enjoyed a great week at this house. The house was perfect for all 10 of us. The house is gorgeous and in a perfect location, steps away from the beach, beautiful marsh views, minutes from the boat dock and down town St Augustine. Everything was top of the line. The game room was fantastic! The owners stayed in touch to answer any of our questions. We will definitely look to come back here next time we visit St Augustine!

My husband and I hosted three other couples at this wonderful, lovely home I felt like it was mine. We rented a boat for the day this vacation was the best. This house is fabulous!!!! and Brian and his wife Gia are awesome. I turn fifty next year I would like to come back and do a replay of this years visit for my birthday. You can't go wrong renting this property everything you could ever want and more.

Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This place is unreal. The house was perfect, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space yet gather for meals and social time. The fishing is also great. We went out to the Ledge and caught 42 Mahi Mahi and 2 Tuna. Good eats. We had an amazing time and did it in style. We will be back! Thanks Brian

Most Amazing Get-a-way

What an amazing get-a-way. Spectacular views out every window!Watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. You can't help but relax when you're in this home. From the decor through out the house to the Master Bath and Suite to the Lounge chairs in the Great room...... It all spells out RELAXATION!! We really enjoyed the convenience of the elevator, the game room and the hot tub.There was plenty of room for our whole family to stay and yet enough space to sneak away to a quiet place with the house full. All this and the beach right across the road. This was definetly one of our most favorite vacation spots yet. Before we left we were already planning our return!!!

Women's Retreat

The house was perfect for a women's retreat for twelve ladies from our church. Plenty of space (and bathrooms) for a group of ladies. The large kitchen provided lots of room for all the cooks. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the balconies. I would highly recommend the house for any groups wanting to conduct any type of meeting. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and look forward to staying there again.

The location of this home is perfect. It is right across the street from the beach and close to all the attactions in St. Augustine. The home was in perfect condition and very clean. Our family watched the sunrise over the Atlantic in the morning, visit the sites of Northeast Florida during the day and have big family dinners in the evenings. Brian was very responsive from the first day I contacted him. He even sent an e-mail during our stay just to make sure everything was perfect. I don't think you will find a nicer property in the area. We look forward to another family gathering in the future.
