Our family-friendly condo is perfect for your week at the beach. The condo is on the third floor of a five-floor building, so it is a simple walk down or elevator ride to the beach. You can sit on our balcony and keep an eye on the kids down below playing on the sandy beach.
The condominium has four balconies, two overlook the beach and two overlook the beautiful tiled pool. These condominiums are adjacent, so are well-suited for a larger family gathering. We can even accommodate a very large family reunion by securing some of our neighbor condominiums.
We have the ideal location on Clearwater Beach... far enough away from the hotel and retail area to be quiet, yet close enough to get to all the shops and restaurants with a short (three block) walk down the beach. We are also only about an hour and fifteen minutes from Disney!
The condo is well maintained and cared for. Our family visits twice a year or more, so we give each unit TLC. Both units have deluxe entertainment centers with large TVs, DVD's CD players.
Clearwater Beach has many great, yet inexpensive restaurants, a great adventure miniature golf center, a huge playground, Pier 60 with nightly entertainment, weekend concerts, and, of course, one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. We welcome you to be our guest in our second home!

My family had such an amazing time on our trip! We've been coming to Clearwater for as long as I can remember and now I am continuing the tradition with my husband and children. This condo was BY FAR the nicest we have ever stayed. It was beautiful and had so many upgrades!!!! We love the pool, beach and all the things Clearwater Beach has to offer. We spent most of our time at the poo, or beach but on our days out we enjoyed Clearwater Marine Aquarium, where my daughter got to see "Winter"!! We also went on the pirate ship cruise and we all had a blast! That is one of our favorite things to do in Clearwater. There are so many great parks, stores, and restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite place to eat is Frenchy Rockaway on the beach. We would absolutely reccommend this condo and we will be back!!! My family (2 grandparents, my husband, myself and our 2 children) just returned from our stay in Clearwater. This condo is very large and has a terrific ocean view as well as ocean access. I would not say this condo is luxurious in any way. The furniture in the living/dining room is old and smells musty. The kitchen has been updated however, the cupboards are not very clean and the pantry has wood shutters that need to be updated. The pantry floor is dirty and so are the shelves inside the pantry. I can't comment on the masterbedroom since my parents used it. My husband and I used the second bedroom which had a queen bed. The linens were deplorable. The comforter had stains, the sheets had holes. The 3rd bedroom had two twin beds and the linens were much worse. The linen closet had extra sheets but they were stained as well. I didn't expect to be washing linens on my first night at the condo but that is what I eneded up doing because they were so dirty. We pay a cleaning fee which is laughable since nothing was very clean. The towels were frayed, stained and old and it was hard to find ones that were clean in the linen closet. The chairs on the 2nd and 3rd balconies were so old and needed to be replaced that you couldn't sit or lay clothes on them because you would get rust on everything. Every time you used the dryer it made a loud thumping sound and therefore on the first night, since nothing was clean, it was hard for us to sleep. The closet door knobs came off their hinges just by touching them and had to be placed back on. The T.V.'s were so small in the bedrooms and cheap. The phone didn't work and we had to call the property manager. The entrance key lock had to have the batteries changed and the property manager had to come to change them. There was a leak in the 2nd bathroom when it rained, the water went all over the toilet and floor. When you used the toilet, you had to hold the lever down for 10 seconds or else it wouldn't flush properly. There was no cold water, only luke warm in this condo which made brushing your teeth interesting. The kitchen smelled greasy and the utensils were poorly cleaned. This condo is far from being a luxury property especially for the money we paid for it. I would not recommend it to anyone. My husband and I would not stay here again. The beach itself was also filled with seaweed. The pool was basic, it was clean but don't expect anything "luxurious".Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 7/10
