Our family-friendly condos are perfect for your week at the beach. We have a two-bedroom condominium and a three-bedroom condominium. (The two bedroom condo can be seen in the Clearwater Beach listing "Be Right on the Beach in Clearwater Beach" or type the number in on the front page #19892. This ad features the three bedroom condo.) Both condos are on the third floor of a five-floor building, so it is a simple walk down or elevator ride to the beach. You can sit on our balcony and keep an eye on the kids down below playing on the sandy beach.

The two-bedroom condominium has a large balcony overlooking the beach. The three-bedroom condominium has four balconies, two overlook the beach and two overlook the beautiful tiled pool. These condominiums are adjacent, so are well-suited for a larger family gathering. We can even accommodate a very large family reunion by securing some of our neighbor condominiums.

We have the ideal location on Clearwater Beach... far enough away from the hotel and retail area to be quiet, yet close enough to get to all the shops and restaurants with a short (three block) walk down the beach. We are also only about an hour and fifteen minutes from Disney!

Both condominiums are well maintained and cared for. Our family visits twice a year or more, so we give each unit TLC. Both units have deluxe entertainment centers with large TVs, DVD's CD players and stereos and a selection of family videos in each. We also stock the units with board games and puzzles to entertain the kids when they are too tired for the beach and pool.

Clearwater Beach has many great, yet inexpensive restaurants, a great adventure miniature golf center, a huge playground, Pier 60 with nightly entertainment, weekend concerts, and, of course, one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. We welcome you to be our guest in our second home!
