  This is our 2nd vacation here. It’s just beautiful. The weather is perfect. The unit is spacious & well kept, nicely furnished & with a fantastic view of the pool & beach. Building has lots of parking at every floor & also has elevators. The beach is clean & safe for children (shallow waters). Many activities for children and adults are available nearby. Lots of shopping & restaurants within walking distance. We will try to come back again and again.

  The location and accomodations lent themselves to what only could be described as a perfect resort style family vacation. The condo is tastefully decorated and provides all of the amenities from breathtaking views from the balcony and both bedrooms to ultra comfortable beds, 3 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, dining and living rooms. This was a week long vacation that included 3 generations of family- myself, my mother, my son and his wife. Everyone had a great time and the weather was fantastic all week. We started out with a great lunch at Sharky's on the beach where we were greeted by butterflies, dragonflies and dolphins frollicking in the ocean. We were able to enjoy beachtime everyday and even got to see 3 weddings held on the beach during our stay. The ocean was warm, crystal clear and inviting. We sited dolphins nearly every day along with a number of stingrays which were curious but non-intrusive. Great area to go snorkelling in. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening from the balcony. At night it's quiet enough to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the ocean waves. Very relaxing. There's ample shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The Walmart across the street has everything including a grocery and liquor store. There's a great Thai restaurant out front, too. We happened to be there during the annual Lobster Festival held within a short drive down the road at Schooner's on the beach. For $25. we were able to enjoy an ample variety of lobster dishes, a great live band right on the beach along with a fun an interesting sand castle competition. We had brought beach chairs and an umbrella and had set up shop there for the entire day, so we were able to take a dip in the ocean, enjoy the music while swimming, dry off and go back for more food afterwards. Overall, we had no problem pleasing everyone's palate on the trip. We all agreed that the chicken kabobs from The Kabob House were some of the best we had ever eaten. We had a sumptuous feast of sushi at Shan Kishi which offers an all you can eat from 11-4:30 every day. Good quality and very reasonably priced if you're a fan of sushi. We ended our trip with a visit to Gulf World which proved to be very entertaining for young and old alike. I even saw one of the most spectacular rainbows I had ever seen on the last morning of our trip while having my morning coffee on the balcony. It stretched from ocean to sky. Can't wait to go back again! A++

  If you want to get away from the cold weather and the stresses of life, this is the place to go. IMO It's the sunshine state's best kept secret. The condo is situated on a long stretch of pristine/crystal clear beaches in a laid back family friendly atmosphere that offer so much fun on the beach and all the places to visit(Carnivals/Shopping districts/ wide variety of Restaurants). In building parking drops you off at the 8th floor you have a gorgeous view of the beach and the 5 million dollar pool with bar/lounge. Two master bedrooms each with private full bathrooms. Bunk beds for 2 w/ shower. New LCD TV's in every room. A fully equipped kitchen with a marble counter top and plenty of seating room in living room and dining area. Plenty of space for space for up to 8 people! Can't wait to to stay there again! A must East Coast vacation spot!

  Our stay at this condo was the perfect vacation. It fitted 4 adults and two children with plenty of room to spare. We appreciated how well decorated the place was, and how much in harmony with its gorgeous surroundings it seemed. The beach was visible from every window, and even reflected from the kitchen area in a thoughtfully placed mirror on the living room wall! We could watch the sunrise while lying in bed and the breathtaking sunset while sipping drinks on the balcony. Our children loved the interconnected pools, hot tubs, reasonably-priced restaurants beneath us, and we could watch them from our eighth floor balcony, the ideal arrangement if you’re in a lazy, holiday mood. The place was also very convenient: Walmart was within walking distance, great food and kid attractions very close by, clean, fancy bathrooms, TVs in every bedroom, and a well-stocked kitchen with a huge refrigerator, ice-maker, toaster, sandwich maker, pots, pans, a beautiful set of china, silverware, and glassware. It provided everything we needed to really enjoy ourselves without breaking our budget. We will definitely vacation there again.

  I absolutely loved this condo!!! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The tasteful decorations help create a relaxing atmosphere. The furniture and mattresses were comfortable too. In the two bedrooms, you can see the sunrise and the beach (a spectacular view). It really looks like the owner put a lot of love into this place. The condo overlooks perfect views of the pool, beach, and sunset. I loved the balcony as we sat outside for breakfast everyday. The condo is set on the 8th floor which was the perfect height. The worst part of the vacation was leaving. We loved how convenient this location is to everything. Wal-Mart is right across the street and there are many great restaurants nearby. The Shores staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The tiki bar had great drinks and good food. John was so easy to work with and he answered any questions that we asked in a timely manner. We will defiantly come back to this condo again.
