Comfortable, clean nicely furnished 2nd floor condo. This unit has 2 bedrooms one with a king sized bed and adjoining full bath, a sliding door that leads out to the lanai facing east and a great view of the wide canal facing east. The other bedroom has twin beds and a full bath right outside the door.
The kitchen is only one year old and has all the necessary equipment to cook whatever you want. Microwave, disposal, dishwasher and electric range.
Inside the unit there is a full sized washer and dryer.
Everything is here all you need to bring are your own personal gear.
The heated pool is just downstairs. There are only 12 units here so it is a smaller complex. The grounds are well maintained and the pool was just rebuilt two years ago.
