The 6 person hot tub is in a private area and gas fireplaces are in the Living Room & Master Suite.

As a pre-Christmas gift to our immediate family, we spent a three-day weekend with our two daughters, son-in-law and grandchild. We appreciated each other’s company in addition to the well-maintained home, well-equipped kitchen and the comforts of home. It's rare when we can enjoy each other’s in a relaxed atmosphere—especially during this time of year! Saturday night we enjoyed a delicious crab dinner around the table and the setting could have been portrayed a movie. The TV was hardly used and that speaks volumes! Of course the weather didn't cooperate, and that didn’t matter, either! The nearby beach is lovely and an easy walk; The ping pong table sparked a lot of laughs—and the hot tub was divine! We have used VBRO often and I can say this is by far our favorite property. We like to venture out and visit new places, but now we have a sure thing, I can say for sure we’ll be back! Thank you for helping our family make memories. (Jeff--thank you for being very helpful!)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The home was in a nice location, quite, and had a good view. The upkeep on the home was not well maintained, and getting our security deposit back has been a nightmare. On my next trip I will look for a home in the same location, but I will never book through this individual again. I will go through Bodega Bay Escapes first.Owner response: This is a very unreasonable review. Your rental agreement says that you will receive a refund of your security deposit within 30 days from the end of your stay. Without contacting me to find out what was going on, on day 31 you wrote a public review that "it has been a nightmare to get your refund back". It turns out a "0" was dropped from the address and the check was returned. I resent the check when it came back. Could you have just contacted me first to find out what was going on? You state this house was not well maintained by our management company. It would have been courteous if you contacted someone while you were there to discuss your concerns. In the 9 years we have been offering our home for rental we have never been told the house isn't maintained. In fact, we are often told our house is the best maintained house people have ever stayed in.

We were a party of five adults. We had a great stay at Harbour House. The house is very well equipped and very nicely decorated. It was very quiet and offered a perfect view of the water. We enjoyed walking down to the water and walking along the shore. The whole area is interesting. This house was perfect, just like the pictures. We enjoyed the local restaurant, Inn at the Tides. Good location for visiting winerys and San Francisco. The neighborhood was nice, as well as the golf course and beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

spent an amazing weekend at the Harbour House and really got to enjoy Bodega Bay as a result. the house is immaculate, has every known utensil, and sports stunning views of the bay. once we figured out the fireplace, we were warm during the chilly spring nights. the grill and hottub round out the accommodations. will definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.
