This comfortable, pristine property is perfect for relaxing and entertaining in sunny, warm Florida. It has easy access to many golf courses, and 'old Florida' beaches. Entire Cape Haze area is classified as bird sanctuary. Much shopping available. Many short travel opportunities including Boca Grande, a quaint community with lovely shops, and Venice with its more upscale shopping and cultural opportunities.
This area is known for its reasonable pricing...no need to spend 20% more you would pay in Naples or Sarasota. St. Armand's Circle in Sarasota only an hour away. Surrounding waters provide ready access to Gasparilla Aquatic Preserve. Wide variety of restaurants providing many offerings at reasonable prices. The master suite is very large and private, separate from other sections of house. This is a great home away from home!

If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood close to the beaches and golf courses this is the place to stay. The home is very clean, spacious, well equiped and feels like your home away from home. It overlooks the canal which provides a nice view. There are plenty of good restaurants and things to do in the surrounding areas. We would recommend Rotonda and this home to others who want to escape the maddening crowds and have a relaxing vacation. The owner is great and easy to do business with.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+.

About the owner: I enjoy golf, the area, and the convenience of having a location to entertain on a personal and business basis. The many beaches and nature walks are an extra plus. You can't beat the value for this area.
