Settlers Rest is a three bedroom Breckenridge vacation rental that can accommodate a maximum of six adults and up to nine with children.
Tucked away and back from the street this beautiful townhouse sits next to the Peak 8 Nordic Center and borders the national forest dense with old growth pine trees. This home provides elite privacy while still offering prime access to all that Breckenridge has to offer. It is less than a block from the free ski shuttle which will drop you off at the base of the resort three minutes away, or five minutes to town so you can shop and eat your way through Breckenridge.
No matter what you choose to do during the day the beautiful Settler’s Rest home will serve as the perfect place to return to. Upon entering the home you will be greeted with tall ceilings and expansive windows that provide an abundance of natural light. The living area is open to both the kitchen and the dining area creating a spacious and comfortable area made cozy by the warming fireplace. With all this open space you can choose to lounge on the couch or enjoy the solitude on the private patio.
When hunger strikes gather the family and let everyone help as there is plenty of counter space to make prepping easy. Then sit down at the wooden dining table and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal. Enjoy watching the snowfall while everyone shares their favorite parts of the day. And make sure to take a second helping of mom’s lasagna to ensure you are ready for tomorrow’s adventures.
After dinner venture downstairs to the outdoor hot tub and relax in style. If you’re brave I dare you to make a snow angel in your bathing suit. I promise it will wake you up! It’ll be cold for a minute but the memory will last a lifetime – just like your Breckenridge vacation.
When all the days adventure catch up with you, select one of the three bedrooms and fall asleep dreaming of tomorrow. Each bedroom offers plenty of space so all can retreat to their own area when desired. If you are the head of the party and find yourself in the master bedroom, let the famous Colorado sunshine warm you as you lie in bed. There is truly nothing better than letting the sun wake you with promises of another bluebird powder day.

We all spent a wonderful Spring Break here in this lovely town. Our kids said that this was the best house that we have ever stayed in. We skied and snowboarded every day.
