  What a wonderful way to spend a week of my life! Staying at Infinity Bay, in this condo, made for an unforgettable vacation abroad. It was amazing to stay in a condo that had such great amenities and living space. We are used to staying in hotel like rooms on trips, but that is not the case here. The condo had a beautiful full kitchen, living area, separate master bedroom, and a patio that has views of the beautiful grounds of the resort! Since this is on the first floor, there were no elevators to wait for or stairs to climb. Working with Susan, the owner of this condo, was a great experience. She was very responsive and kind throughout the whole process. We were never bored here and plan to come back and stay here again next year! Tips: 1.) Rent a car and see the whole island if you can. 2.) After our return from Roatan, Susan told us that they offer discounts for return visitors to their condo! So if you plan to travel here several times, this may be a beneficial perk of working with these owners! Highly recommend!!! ***

  Our time at Infinity Bay was absolutely wonderful! You can definitely can tell that Infinity Bay was the best resort on the island. My husband and I stayed in the one bedroom condo room that was so nice. The kitchen was nicer than our kitchen at home. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and allowed you to just relax. The resort location was awesome as we were literally a minute away from world-class snorkeling. We snorkeled everyday for hours simply by walking right our of the condo and stepping into the sea right off the beach right in front of the resort. The service was always super. We ended up calling the front desk a couple of times to ask some questions about what to do off the resort and they were always able to answer our questions, book any transportation we needed and generally just be friendly. It was nice to see security guards on the resort because I always felt safe while I was there. The security guards were always friendly with us and helpful with recommendations on restaurants. To save some money on the trip we ended up getting a taxi to a supermarket and cooked in the condo for breakfast and lunches. It was nice to know that we had all necessary kitchen items we needed to do this. This option was great, but the thing I would have changed is to get the items at the Deli that is a quick 5 minute walk off the resort. That would have saved a $40.00 taxi ride. For dinners we mostly went out. There are several great options within walking distance from the resort. By far the best restaurant was Vintage Pearl- best food I have ever had in my life! It was not the cheapest option but was great food and atmosphere. The only thing I would change is that we missed the spa being open. This is set to be open in a couple of months (Fall 2012). We ended up walking down the street to a small day spa to get massages, but it would have been nice to have that option T the resort. Overall though, Great vacation!

  Hi Susan We had a great time, thank you for all the suggestions, it help us a lot. We enjoy the beach, it was awesome, we believe the best in the island. We also enjoy swimming with the dolphins and going snorkeling. The air conditioning when we arrived was not working OK, maintenance came and told us it was frozen, but after that it worked fine. We will suggest to go to have breakfast to the Deli Shop, Mangiamo Delicatessen, they offer great breakfast items. We receive a suggestion to go to a place called Little French Key, they open at the end of last year. It is a great place to spend a day, its a beautiful private Island with many water activities and a restaurant with grilled products. The beach is not as beautiful as in West Bay, but the place is great. You can find more information at www.littlefrenchkey.com. You need to get to a restaurant at a side of the Iguana Park, called Frenchys 44, operated by the same family and they have a small ferry that take you in 5 minutes to the island, in front of the restaurant. Hoping to get back soon.

  We really enjoyed the condo it was very nice. The resort was great also. Snorkeled several times a day. Lots of shade to set in for my husband. The food was good (hamburgers), at the resort. Foster's hamburger was good also. We didn't eat out much. Great beach, weather and food. Met a lot of nice people. We are ready to go back.

  Susan was very easy to communicate and accommodating with any info we needed prior to arrival. A shuttle bus picked my fiancé and I up at the airport and brought us directly to the resort within feet of our condo. Condo was very nice and spacious. Maid came and cleaned once every 3 days and does a very good job. She did dishes, cleaned floors and all. We really didn't have any complaints with the condo itself. The mosquitos were are only complaint because they were horrible! On the beach and near the bar they were not bad, but in and around the condo they were. Maybe it was just the time of year we were there and the recent rainfall they just had, but its the only complaint we had which didn't bother us much with the rest of the fun we were having. We had one minor issue with the blinds and maintenance was there within 2 minutes and fixed the problem. We would highly recommend right after checking in, go down to the market/deli which is 5 mins walk and stock up on everything you need for your stay. It is called Mangiano's and it's very good and has everything you need. See attached picture. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to return.

  We traveled in January with our 3 young children. Everything about Infinity Bay was perfect for us. The condo is very nicely decorated with all of the comforts of home. The pool and pool bar are amazing and Infinity Bay is definitely on the best part of the beach. Its very easy to swim or take the free kayaks out to the reef straight from the condo's beach. The water is unbelievably clear and you can just look in the water and see tons of fish. We even saw some lobsters when snorkeling. The staff was super helpful and quickly attended to any needs we had. We also felt super safe at Infinity Bay - there are tons of security guards all around. We had a wonderful stay and the kids had a blast. The next time we go to Roatan, we will stay at Infinity Bay for sure.

  The resort is beautiful, clean and felt very safe. The condo itself was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. The beach was kept clean and the resort provided lounge chairs and umbrellas as well as a beach view with tables and chairs to watch the sun go down as we enjoyed a drink and a good menu to select from. The staff was very good and approachable as well. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable and after touring the island we felt the resort was the best for location and amenities.

  The place it´s beautiful, very close to the beach. The pool is very nice and the condo is one of the best in the island. I´ve been in many places in Central america and this is the best one by far... very quiet

  i spent 10 lovely days at infinity bay in this lovely condo. it is bigger than most of my friends' apartments, and with much better amenities! a huge kitchen, large bedroom, lovely bathroom with large shower. steps from the pool, beach, office if needed... owners were very good to work with and the condo is a great value for the location! i saw my first sea turtle while snorkling! the zip line tour was terrifying and amazing! i will definitely be returning to infinity bay, and hopefully staying right back in this condo!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  My husband and I stayed at this resort in July of this year, this being my second time and his first. There are not enough words to describe the beauty that Roatan itself posseses! Staying at Infinity Bay only added to this experience. The condo was great. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer all week really made things so conveinent. The room was nice and close to the pool, palapa bar, and beach (what more could you ask for?) The food is amazing and the service is always great. We were always greeted with a smile. The number one seller, that will keep us coming back year after year is the beautiful beach right our your door and the amazing snorkeling! We have been snorkeling in quite a few places and have never experienced anything like West Bay beach! The colors of the fish and reef are amazing and each day there is something different to see. Turtles,Eagle ray's, octopuss, and a large array of fish. This was total paradise. There is plenty to do at night here also, taking a stroll up the beach to catch dinner and the nice little bars was always fun, Bite on the Beach has amazing food and you can feed the eels and puffer fish that swimm right below you. The West End is a great place to for some drinks and hop bar to bar (Sun downers is a great place to go!) Water taxi's run durring the day and Infinity Bay has their own boat which is free and runs late into the evening.overall the experience is something that you do not want to miss. I would say if you are looking for a great vacation to kick back, relax and take in the breathtaking scenery and island life while having a great condo to stay in, this is the place. I know we will be back!

  The condo is very confortable and clean with all the amenities of home & the kitchen is truthfully fully equipped. The renting experience from the owners was a very easy & nice experience, not only they were very professionals, they were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I loved the Condo, Infinity Bay Resort and the no hassle & friendly renting experience. I highly recommend them. Can’t wait to return!!!

  We spent a week in Utila, followed by a week in Roatan at Infinity Bay. The condo at Infinity Bay was great! The location cannot be beat. The beach is the best! The pool is huge. Lots of fun things to do and places to eat withing walking distance. Susan was great in providing us with ideas and answering questions before we arrived. The two T.V.'s were nice, so that our son could watch what he wanted, and we could watch what we wanted...though we didn't spend much time watching T.V.! Favorite places to eat; Bite on the Beach, Celestes, Bananarama. Don't miss the crab races and fire dancers Sunday night at Bananarama. Thanks Susan! It was a blast!!

  "Excellent stay at Infinity Bay" We had a wonderful stay in Susan's condo at Infinity Bay. It was very easy working with Susan. The email contact and information regarding Roatan was very useful as well. The resort is very clean. The staff is very friendly. The staff in the reception were mostly helpful, although dind't seem to really go the extra step to help with requests or questions. The food was excellent, although slow service at times. The ocean and pool were great! Overall, this was an excellent choice and probalby the best in Roatan!

  "Two weeks in paradise!" Where do I begin? My wife and I stayed in Susan's condo to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It is beautifully furnished, decorated, and equipped. It was also very clean when we checked in. Working with Susan on the rental process was a pleasure, she was so responsive and helpful, and even sent info on local activities and restaurants. I checked into several different accomodations, and I don't think you can find anyone easier to work with. The location of the resort on the beach could not be better, whether you want to lay in the sun or snorkel. You can cook for yourself in the beautiful kitchen, eat at the Infinity Bay restaurant, or head out to any one of the many excellent restaurants on the island. Cold, purified water right out of the fridge and the free Internet in the condo were also much appreciated. We met many wonderful people during our two weeks, including Infinity Bay employees and other condo owners. The only two minor nits to our entire trip was the pickup and check-in process handled by Infinity Bay. We waited about 30 minutes for a van to pick us up, and about an hour before our room was ready, but as soon as we went down to the beach we forgot about that :) We feel it was the best vacation we have had yet, and are defintely going back!

  "Paradise found." The location and accomodations are without question beyond expectations. The location is right on a large white sand tropical beach which offers world famous snorkling right from the beach. The water is warm clean and aboundant with tropical fish. The facility is very well managed and complete in every detail. A large central fresh water infinity pool captures the view from every condo. The condo is very upsacle and fully furnished with all the amenities you could wish for. This is my third visit here which obviously confirms my positive opionion of this great facility.

  "You can't beat the location and the beauty!!!" My husband and I stayed in Susan's condo on West Bay Beach and it was exactly as the write up and pictures were portrayed. The beauty is breathtaking, the ease of having a fully loaded condo was fantastic and the location just can't be beat. The weather was outstanding. We can't wait to go back! Susan made it so easy to book the reservation and Susan was so helpful with hints and tips. Thinking of going to Roatan - don't wait! Its a hidden jewel. And book Susan's condo - you can't go wrong.

  "First class!" What a wonderful spot. Great condo, great staff and world class snorkelling and beach right out front. Lots of good food within just a few minutes walk from the resort. Many activities to choose from or just kick back and relax. We could easily make a habit of this. We hope to return soon.

  "Wonderful" We stayed in Infinity Bay unit #801 for the 2010/2011 holidays. It is new, very clean and comfortable. It is ground level, away from the pool area, and is quiet. The laundry unit and full kitchen are very convenient. The food and water are safe to eat and drink. We enjoyed eating at other places along the beach. Beach can get busy during the week when the cruise ship people arrive in the area next to Infinity Bay but was OK. The diving with TGI at Henry Morgan's (ask for Lindey) was good - nice boats and good service. Pool was a little chilly but it's been a cold winter everywhere. Be sure to do the Dolphin Encounter at anthony's Key Resort! Roatan is a safe and friendly place to go and we plan to return!

  "Excelent Vacations" We had a great time at the Infinity Bay Condo, We stayed for one week in november in the condo and enjoyed a special week. The condo was very clean and very beautiful. I missed the ocean view from the patio ;-) The swimming pool is awsome, but we prefered the beach. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of Roatan, its great to snorkel o dive. We liked the food at the Palapa Bar at Infinity Bay. For the best drinks go to Banarama.

  "Most amazing vacation ever!!" My husband and I stayed at Infinity Bay for our honeymoon. We were there for one week- end of aug/ beginning of Sept. We rented the condo from Susan and have nothing but amazing things to say about her and Infinity Bay. When looking for places to vacation to for our honeymoon everything was too expensive or all-inclusive which wasn't what we wanted. I e-mailed several condo owners at various locations and never got a response that actually answered my questions- until Susan. She answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed prior to our trip. Susan took care of everything from booking to a ride to and from the resort. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the resort, check-in was a breeze, and we even got free welcome drinks at the pool bar while waiting for our room to become ready. The room was beautiful and clean. We could not have asked for more. The food at Infinity Bay was delicious. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance- Vintage Pearl being our favorite. We would recommend Infinity Bay to anyone wanting a beach vacation- whether it be family, friends, or honeymooners!

  "Excellent time!" This is a wonderful place to take a family on vacation! The accommodations were excellent with a great kitchen for making your own food and a big bed to sleep in. The facilities are more than you can ask for with a fabulous pool, beach front chairs, and a swim up bar. We had a great breakfast on the beach one morning too. The snorkeling is excellent right in front of the resort, so no need to go very far. Highly recommend this condo for a couple for a family with kids! Thanks again!!

  "Amazing Location and Resort!!!" We just went to IB for our wedding. We brought along 50 guests. It was an amazing experience. Everything was super easy and the rooms were fantastic. The restaurant and bar staff were our favorites!!! I would recommend this to anyone!!!

  "total paradise" Infinity Bay was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. We have traveled quite a bit to mexico, all of those trips combined, do not even come close to this little island of heaven. The service was wonderful, the staff is very friendly. Carlos the bar tender at the beach bar made sure we felt very welcome and was very funny. The food is amazing and the room was very comfortable and very convienent (well decorated as well). The island is so layed back and there are always friendly faces everywhere you go. Nothing can compare to the snorkeling that is just a couple feet right off shore. The crystal clear water, the beautiful coral, and we even got to see some sea turtles! needless to say we got some amazing pictures. Infinity Bay is in walking distance of the West End, or our favorite was to take the boat ride over. This was truely a dream vacation, every morning you walk out and see a view that looks like it should be on the front of a travel magazine. I would (and have) recomended Infinity Bay to everyone i know in the market to take an amazing vacation! You will not be disapointed.

  " " Best vacation yet"" My husband and I have a new favorite vacation spot! Infinity Bay is one of the most beautiful places for a relaxing vacation. Booking the condo was so easy. The owners were so down to earth and easy to work with. We had never been to Infinity Bay before and only had pictures to go off of. The condo ended up being everything we anticipated. It has all of the amenities you can think of. The king size bed was so comfortable and I loved cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Every morning I'd have coffee on the veranda with the view of the pool. The sounds of the tropical birds is such a wonderful way to wake up. They have satellite T.V. with HBO and unlike some places, you can actually drink the water! The condo is on the side where there is shade in the afternoons which was great for us because we loved lounging on the veranda with tropical drinks There are a lot of great bars an places to eat; all within a 3-5 minute walk from the condo. Our favorite was the Bite On the Beach. Not only is the food good, you can watch giant eels eat. I loved the pool with all of the tropical plants and the pool's bar is a lot of fun. The bartenders, Carlos and Ezra, are so entertaining, dancing around. It felt like we were partying with friends. The other staff members were very friendly and fun and we met a few owners that were all so nice. The beach is amazing with the white sand, crystal clear water and the snorkeling is the best we've ever seen. My husband and I loved watching the sunsets on the beach and at the infinity edge of the pool. It was such a fun and romantic vacation we didn't want to go home. We are counting down the days until our vacation next year. We will definitely be back and staying in this condo again. It feels like home. Jennifer
