This was perfect in every way!! Price, size, cleanliness, location, included. There is not anything I would change about the condo. There were even two bottles of water in the fridge on arrival, which was great because we didnt arrive until after midnight.

We stayed 13 nights in this incredibly clean condo and resort. The only downside was that the sliding door to the balcony had to remain closed because of painting going on outside of the building. Our view was of the city, garage roof and a partial view of the ocean. Great value for the money. Thanks.

I stayed in this room during my April 20-25, 2013 visit to Daytona. This particular room was everything it was advertised to be. It was also an excellent value for the money. Due to the cooler weather, it was great to have the heated pools also. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area and I will most likely stay in this same unit when I return to the area. Thank you for having an excellent room.

We had a fantastic vacation in this condo! It included everything we needed to have a few relaxing days on the beach, and is located in a great resort. The owners are also very approachable and accommodating, which allowed the planning to be completely painless. :) I highly recommend this condo!

Nice location, really about in the Ormond Beach area more than the Daytona Beach area. I originally thought it was a 1 bedroom with separate bedroom but it is an efficiency, the bed and everything all one big area, with separate bathroom of course. That was fine for this trip without the kids though. Like always, plenty to do and see on the A1A Highway, from The Ponce Inlet up to The Flagler beach area. Such a nice drive. Parking there was fine, place was nicely furnished and a nice location, couldn't go wrong here. Will be back in the future !

2 weeks at DBR

The listing was very accurate of room 722 at the DBR. The king size bed was very comfortable and had lots of pillows. We stayed 2 weeks here and didn't have a problem. We stayed the last week of Nov. and first week of Dec. Loved the indoor heated pool as the weather was sometimes inclement!. The outdoor heated pool was great but the ocean is too cold to swim in this time of year. Enjoyed walking the beautiful beach when the tide was out!.We ate all our breakfasts and many lunches in the room and even a few dinners! Found the Publix grocery store very expensive but convenient as across the street from room. Loved shopping at the dollar store and both the Bealls stores. Great prices there. Went to flea market on weekend lots of walking around. Enjoyed dining at many restaurants including Bubba Gumps! About 1 1/2 to Orlando and same to Kennedy Space Center! We would definately recommend this studio!

It was my husband and I's first time in Florida and we're so glad we chose this location. The staff at DBR were so sweet! And I loved the 3 pools and 2 hot tubs they had. We had an amazing time at the restaurant because they had Karaoke at night! The room had everything we can possibly need to cook, clean, or just relax. Thanks Lisa!! We'll be back next year!

Our stay at the Daytona Beach Resort in this condo was great! The owners were easy to get in touch with before our stay and very helpful. The condo was just as described; it was very neat and clean. I'm VERY picky, too, about cleanliness. The "balcony" is about a foot and a half to two feet wide, so it basically doesn't exist to sit out on. You can see the ocean from the room, but you are viewing it over the parking garage. (This particular unit is located on the end of the building right on Atlantic Avenue) The Tiki Bar was fantastic with great servers and staff. The fitness center was great and well equipped. My only suggestion to the owners would be to add measuring cups and measuring spoons to your pretty well equipped kitchen. I needed them and had to purchase a set. The suggestion the gentleman made about parking was GREAT; send someone in to get the parking pass and up to the unit to get the key from the door and meet you on the fifth floor of the parking garage in your vehicle to get luggage. Makes things move much quicker and easier. We will definitely stay at the Daytona Beach Resort again!

Another GREAT Stay!!!

This was our second year staying in this unit and my family and I had another great vacation. The unit was spotless when we arrived and all that was left to do was unpack our suitcases & have a good time. The unit is stocked with all the items we needed to make cooking in the room very easy. Publix being right across the street is very convenient to stock the refrigerator with breakfast & lunch foods and Walmart is a very short drive away for even better savings. This is our 5th year visiting Daytona and our favorite place to eat by far is Genovese's Cafe (they are on West Granada in the same strip mall as TGIF's), they have the best pizza and italian dishes at great prices (they even deliver to the hotel). The RiverGrille is good too-great gator bites and my boys love the wings at Charlie Horse. Lisa & Brian make reserving their condo very easy and always respond quickly if I have a question about anything. We are already counting the days til we head back! (thankfully we just missed TS Debby---we literally had perfect weather all week)

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Daytona Beach. The resort was wonderful and our time was relaxing. The condo was everything we expected and more. This condo is located closer to Ormond Beach, which was prefered by myself. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the condo. Everything was clean and the condo was well equipped. I did not get in the pool since the beach was perfect.

The room was clean, neat, well appointed and very comfortable. Only complaint would be that there isn't enough room to sit out on the balcony, but it was of no great necessity. Just that the weather was so beautiful and would've been nice to have the ability to enjoy the early morning or late afternoon out there for a cocktail!

Perfect Place

I stayed here during the last part of bike week for 4 nights and it was the perfect location! This condo is located on the north end of Atlantic Ave with a great side view of the ocean and north end of Atlantic Ave. The resort is designed to be user friendly so finding the condo was a breeze and when entering the condo, I felt right at home. It is a very intimate, personal, yet spacious condo. Excellent for a couple or a family with small children. The condo is located on the end of the hall, so you feel like you're in even a more private location. It was clean, great lighting, air worked well, everything looked, felt, and smelled clean!! There is free Wi-Fi in the resort so all of that is an added plus. The location was perfect for me, there's a Walgreens, Publix, and Denny's directly across the street. McDonald's less than 1/4 of a mile, gas station, and a number of restaurants all within less than 1/2 mile radius. Be sure to bring extra soap, lotions, etc. beach towel. (Which the owner will tell you to do so as well.) My stay was better than expected. The only thing I will pre-warn you is this: if you're traveling w/ more than one person...allow them to go on in up to the condo(put them off in the front), go park in the garage on the 4th or 5th floor, retrieve the key, and then come back out to the car and unload your belongings. Otherwise, you'll have to physically walk your belongings back down through the garage (no elevator and no entrance through garage w/out your room key) to enter the building. The bar and resort's restaurant close early..so be aware of that. If you're going for a special event (like bike week or Biketoberfest), be sure to check w/ resort on any additonal parking prices. To park my trailer for my bike was an additonal $25/night that I was not aware of. Other than those three things, the stay was remarkable, pleasant, and the condo was so perfect for me. I would definitely reserve this condo again!

The unit was clean and the pictures were true to the looks of it. I was not aware that I needed to bring certain things (thought that they would already be there) such as garbage bags and dish rags. But that was no problem, a Dollar Tree Store was across the street. The unit was exactly what we wanted. I would recommend staying here to anyone. My daughters and I just stayed here for a week and had a mother/daughter purity retreat! Everything was the best! The location, the condo, beach, the people. We had the best vacation ever! The condo was very clean, with a kitchen, wonderful view and everything you could want from a tikki bar, to pools, hot tubs. The owners made it very easy to rent and we were blessed to have stayed in wonderful accommodations. Thanks for helping us build a memory we will never forget

My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this property. Everything is as listed here and the pictures are quite accurate. So glad to find a nice place in Daytona to stay! The resort, as well as the room were just amazing!! We had a slight key glitch when we arrived. which was no fault of the owners. We had to call Brian and Lisa after midnight and they were very quick to remedy the situation and we were in our room within minutes. The resort had wonderful activities planned every night we were there. We did not participate, but it was an added feature. We cannot say enough about this property. We have told many people about it and what a great deal it is!!! We will be back!!!! Thanks for a clean, smartly decorated place to stay.

We were also sceptical when we booked our room at this incredibly low price, but it turned out fantastic. My husband and I wanted to get away for a long weekend and we found this condo. Brian and Lisa were very quick in responding and so helpful with helping us make our last minute trip happen. Great location: beach shops, grocery, drug store, clothing shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. We had a great time and look forward to booking this codo again in the near future.

We stayed here for 5 days for our wedding anniversary and we couldn't believe how nice not only the unit was, but the resort as well. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Brian an Lisa made booking our vacation a total breeze. The unit is so quiet, we felt like we were the only people at the resort. It is spotless and comfortable too (and I am a clean freak)! I will admit, I was a little worried when I was booking this room at this price, but it was great. I have never found a deal this good right on the beach. We stayed 6 nights at this resort and it was me, my husband and our 2 teenage daughters. We all had a great time and do plan on going back. Next time i will be bringing my whole family :). Thank you DBR your staff was very nice and helpful. The grocery store and Walgreens are right across the street, which is very convenent.

I would like to say we stayed 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Daytona Beach Resort was great, all the people there were very friendly. The room was very cheap in price, for the price I was expecting a very run down and dirty place, but it was far from both. The grocery store and Walgreen is right across the street, which was very convenient. Everything is in walking distance. I will be going back, when i go back down. Thank you Lisa and Brian, Lori

I just want to thank Lisa and Brian for a great time at their place. They made it feel like a home away from home with the personal touches added to the room. The photos in the ad are what you get. There is no misleading there at all. It was a very beautiful room. This resort is very well kept and maintained and right along the beach. And if by chance you don't like the beach they have very nice pools; 2 outside and 1 inside as well as hot tubs. Any questions that I had were answered promptly. I am looking forward to going back again someday. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. Recommended for: Age 55+ , Girls Getaway , Romantic Getaway

We had a fantastic week, the sun was out and the temperatures were great. The condo was cozy and very comfortable, the bed was great and comfortable. The room had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Thank you Brian and Lisa.

I stayed in this unit from March 6-13, it was better than I expected. The condo was VERY clean, great view of ocean and the street. Everything that was described about the condo was true. Resort staff were great and friendly, the tiki bar, indoor and outdoor pool were great as well. Close to shopping, restuarants and Starbucks directly across the street. I will definatley stay here a each time I'm in Daytona and I will tell family and friends to stay at Daytona Beach Resort and call Brian whenever they're visting the Daytona area. Next time I will need your larger unit. THANKS EBONY from Charlotte, NC

I loved the condo... This is a great resort with plenty of stuff to do... Right on the beach and a perfect place to stay for a small family or couple. I loved it.
