Our house is a single story, 'No stairs to climb'. The house features 5 TV's, regular sofa and a lazy boy sofa with recliners. There are 2 king beds and 3 twins. Also has a fireplace. It has everything you should possibly need. Just bring your personal items and you are ready.
Screened in back porch so you can watch the boats go by. An occasional manatee, dolphin swimming or a school of jacks or mullet jumping out of the water.
Very quiet neighborhood.
The boat ramp is just down the road. We have a 50' stationary dock and a 16' floating dock. Fish cleaning table, electricity and light. There is plenty of room for vehicles and trailers parking in the yard. The gulf is 20 minutes to the west and king's bay (fresh water) is 10 minutes to the east. No bridges to go under. You get the best of both water worlds. There are restaurants you can stop by and have lunch or dinner by boat. Plantation Inn will let you use their pool. Dress is casual and people are friendly in Crystal River.
Come on and give as a try, the area is beautiful.
