Me and my 2 girls (17 and 24) and my Grandson (1) rented the house for Spring Break. We had a blast enjoying our own pool everyday. The house was clean and had everything you needed for your home away from home stay. To my surprise it even had a port-a-crib and highchair which work out perfect. Bianca was also a great help when my car rental place messed up and did not have a car seat for us. When we arrived to Sunset Office Bianco went out of her way, without me even knowing, to get me a carseat to use for the week for my Grandson to keep him safe. Thanks again for caring about my family. I will definately book with them for this house again to enjoy with my whole family, and believe me you will never want to leave and or stay in a hotel again. This was our third visit to the island, so obviously we had good experiences before, but being able to rent this villa was absolutely cool. The outside sitting area, the sun deck and pool were just beautiful. The villa clean, spacious and practical with everything you would need available. The beach is a 10 minute drive away, the owners very friendly and helpful, we would recommend this villa to anyone!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My girlfriends and I stayed at Villa Calabas during a music festival in May. Upon arrival JP and Eve were great! We went to the house and were given the grand tour along with several ways to contact them for anything that we needed (which we didn't have to do). The villa looks exactly like the pictures and it was great to be away from the crowds at the beach. We ended several nights with drinks on the roof top terrace where you can see the whole island! We enjoyed the pool thoroughly and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The villa is very open so we did have to get used to being visited by a lizard or two, but once we were past that a great time was had by all. This past February my family stayed at the Villa Calabas. My wife, my parents, my three children and I all agreed the house was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. The house is great in many ways. The views are amazing. I never got tired of looking out over the island. Everyone loved the great pool. While my wife and I explored the island with the kids, my parents lounged at the pool all day. The open layout really allows you to appreciate the tropical setting. If you like the photos on the internet, you won’t be disappointed by reality. If anything, the actual setting is even more amazing. The house is clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. JP and Eve are wonderful hosts. We’ve already called them to schedule a return visit in 2013.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed at this stunning villa in February for 4 glorious days. This villa surpassed all our expectations with spectacular views, complete amenities and peaceful surroundings. The villa is very large, so if you are travelling with a large family or a group of friends, there is always a place to enjoy time together or escape to your own quiet corner. The grounds are well maintained and display beautiful flowers, cactus trees and lush green plants. The villa is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area but only a quick ten minute drive to all the shops, restaurants and beaches. The owners are very friendly and offer any information needed about the island and places to visit. We loved staying here. We will definitely return and recommend this amazing villa to family and friends. We had the most incredible time at this beautiful & spacious Villa. It had everything we needed & more. The personal pool was great and the balconies were perfect for laying out. When we weren't going out for dinner, we would make our own using the grill & the very open kitchen. Eve was the perfect host and helped us with ANYTHING we needed. The house was a short drive away from the beach, but having a car out there made it a breeze. Will definitely be returning.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The Villa was incredible and the hosts were great! First time in Aruba and will definitely be back. We didn't know too much about the place before we got there, but the house blew or minds. Our trip to Aruba recently was one of our best vacations yet. Upon arrival, we were escorted by the owner to the grocery store so we could stock up on food for the house which was very helpful. We pulled up to the house and it was beautiful! Very well maintained and clean. The home was spacious, had a great view, and everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of towels provided and an on site washer/dryer. We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner at the house which was the perfect house for the task. The back walls of the house opened up so we had a nice breeze and lovely view. The pool was a bonus after a long day at the beach or out on the town we came back and hung out there. The house offered A/C which was necessary at the time of year we came to Aruba. BIG BONUS. Any requests we made were quickly met by the owners and even had a team of cleaning staff to tidy up mid stay. We highly recommend to others and will be coming back to this awesome house next time we go to Aruba.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at Villa Calabas which is one of the Sunset Studio villas. It was AMAZING!!! We weren't sure about it at first purely because it is located in the hills (about a 10 minute drive from Palm Beach) but I have NO regrets and it was one of the best holiday's I've ever had!! The owners met us at the airport to show us to the Villa and were available if we needed anything in the week, which we didn’t\'t as the villa was equipped with ANYTHING you could possibly need! It sleeps 6-8 people but was perfect for 4 of us with 3 bedrooms and 8, yes 8 seating areas, including an indoor and outdoor dining area, gas BBQ and an amazing private pool. Indoors (including bedrooms) had great air con and also 2.5 bathrooms, millions of towels, washing machine etc... The villa was completely private and an absolute luxury to come back to each day and relax with our home made Daiquiri’s!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed in this home and attended our son's wedding in Aruba. We can't say enough about this property. It is a paradise and you will never want to leave. The salt water pool is especially wonderful and it is a great space for entertaining all ages. Our family and our new family enjoyed it enjoyed it so much, we can't wait to go back! THE HOUSE IS EVERYTHING AND MORE FOR THE MONEY. THE OWNERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WITH ANY NEEDS OR QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. BEDROOMS ARE SPACIOUS PLENTY OF OUT AREAS TO SIT AND ENJOY DURING THE DAY OR NIGHT. THE KITCHEN IS HUGE AND HES EVERYTHING YOU NEED. BEFORE YOU GO SPENDING MONEY ON GIFTS IN TOWN CHECK OUT THE FLEA MARKET AND SAVE SOME $$$ FOR THE SAME GIFTS. The house was exactly what we saw in the pictures and we were amazed by the views! Sarah, one of the property managers, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. My 12 yr old ended up being an extra person and she had a bed made up for him in the office that connects to the master bedroom! The cleaning service was fantastic and even prepared our coffee maker so all we had to do was hit the on button the following morning! The house itself was beautiful and spacious and had every amenity we could imagine! There were also small grocery stores very close to the house which we took full advantage of since we enjoyed cooking out on the grill at the villa. I'm sure that all who stay there have just as great of a time as we did!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Excellent Pool! Well appointed and spacious Villa. Felt right at home; excellent views- you can see the North Shore and Hotel district, the night sky, lit with downtown lights and stars was magnificent! The house with walls that open on all sides of the living area and the veranda with its pool made for a perfect outdoor living area, with cross breezes 24 hrs - this is what we expect of an ideal island vacation home. We had such a fantastic time staying at the Villa Calabas. Our hosts J.P. and Eve were very nice and helped to make our stay perfect. They even did some grocery shopping for us so that we had the basics when we arrived. The house looked even better than the pictures. The view was amazing from the terrace and the pool. My husaband and I very much enjoyed taking our carafe of coffee up to the "lookout" and watching the cruise ships come in while our kids slept comfortably in their own bedrooms. Then a morning dip in the pool before heading out to explore for the day. The villa was an easy drive to the High Rise hotels where all the action is, yet it felt like our own personal retreat. We did a land sailing excursion through Aruba Active Vacations while we were there which was lots of fun but not for the faint of heart. We also took a half day jeep tour which we all very much enjoyed. We are "foodies" and there were plenty of very good restaurants nearby. We loved Linda's Dutch Pancakes, Wacky Wahoo's, Pam Pam, Bingo's, and Gari Wasabi - all located very close to the villa. For a special Christmas dinner we liked Passions on the Beach where we dined with our toes in the sand. This was truly a magical vacation and we look forward to our next return to this hidden gem.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
