We stayed here for a week, the town home looks just like the pictures only a bit bigger, It was clean, smelled fresh, there was plenty of amenities to get us going. The location was central to everything we needed and for family to visit and cook out with us. The neighbors were kind. Our stay was comfortable.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Deceptive description, over priced

When we arrived, the condo did not look at all the same, there are stains in the carpet, smelled so strongly of mold. Patio was very dirty, thigns thrown around, holes in wall on the way up stairs and ou dated. Not worth the price. Owner would not negotiate refund unless she rented it out. Had to dispute with credit card company. Also I notice that most positive reviews on this website are submitted by the owner. Think twice before renting here.

It was a nice play to stay. Restaurants within walking distance and the beach is a short walk. I liked how close these things were to us. All 3 of us enjoyed our stay at this town home. Our beach trip was great wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for letting us stay here.

We had a great time exploring the Jax Beach area. The location of the townhome was perfect for beach access and the short walk to the pier. The Jax Beach area was wonderful. It was not overly commercial and yet there were a few chains etc... that made things comfortable. The unique dining spots were wonderful. The neighbor/Artist was great. He made a wonderful impression on the family and gave us a reason to come back next summer. The short 40 minute scenic drive to St. Augustine via A1A was well worth it.

Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My family had a wonderful stay in Jax beach. We loved the condo. It was very homey, had everything we needed and was well equipped with towels, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. My kids had a blast at the beach, as did my husband and I. The weather was beautiful. Thank goodness we weren't scheduled for the week before since tropical storm Debbie was visiting that week! It was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in quite some time. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back and stay again next summer! Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a great time even though it rained. The condo was great. Just need to work on the sliding glass door to patio. We had everything we needed when we got there as for as tissue and cleaning suppies even though we had brought our own. The bedrooms were very spacious. The beach was right there. I would stay there again and recomend this place to all my friends and family.

Enjoyed staying in this condo. It was very comfortable, and wonderfully equipped with everything we needed for 5 of us. Since it rained quite a bit of our stay, we spent alot of time here, so it was nice to have a homey place to spend time. The kids loved the board games when the sattelite went out. The owners were great before hand, to answer any questions or concerns we had. If we ever have to go to Jacksonville Beach again, would definately stay here again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

Loved the location. It's an incredibly short walk to the beach with plenty to do in the area. The condo was well kept and had everything we needed. I'd definitely stay here again.

It was a great location to the beach. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. Jax Beach was awesome! It was a very easy walk with good beach access even with 4 kids and all their gear. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

We came to Jacksonville to visit one of our daughters, and the other daughter and grandson stayed with us for a few days. It was the perfect gathering place, close to the beach, good kitchen, barbecue and dining area. The location is very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, churches, etc. We would stay again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

The owner is FANTASTIC! Great communication - well kept property. We had a great time - this unit has everything you need...it was just the 2 of us, so we had more than enough room. Beach/dining/pier proximety was perfect. We were traveling all over the area and just needed a home "base", and this was so conveniently located. Great restaurants in walking distance. In the middle of it all but still quiet. Full sized washer/dryer was awesome...the unit is bigger than it looks in pictures! Very cute condo at an exceptional price. Stayed there with two full families of four and had just enough room without being cramped. Two-minute walk to a very non-crowded beach with a few retaurants within walking distance and a ton more just a five minute drive away. Very pleased overall and would definetly stay again. Thank for sharing your home!

This house was so nice. It was very well-kept and clean, and came with everything we needed. The location couldn't be beat, and it was really nice with small children to be able to walk home from the beach. Also, the owner was extremely helpful. I recommend this place with no hesitations!

We enjoyed spending our Christmas Holiday here and see our family . . . . We hosted dinner on Christmas Day, 9 adults and 4 kids! Kitchen was sufficiently stocked for us to be able to do this. Very nice accommodations for our family. Better value and much more room than if we had stayed in a hotel . . . much more home-like for our young kids. We were able to decorate and get a Christmas tree. Sad to see our trip come to an end. Thank you!!

Stayed there with my three boys back at spring break 2010,realy enjoyed the fact that the beach was only a block or so away from the property so the kids could come and go at will. it is situated near the beach 's center point so there are plenty of the cool shops and cafe's to browes and dine plus the outside amplitheater usually has something going on, exploring downtown Jacksonville attractions and well known resturaunts are within a couple minutes drive, the place was clean well stocked and took the abuse of my three teenage boys and me for a week , I highly recomend these accomidations to anyone for this kinda money you cant go wrong.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
