Second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds with 27" TV. Living room features 32" TV with DVD, wood burning fireplace and sofa sleeper. Enjoy Park Station's amenities which include elevator access, common laundry facility, common hot tub and outdoor heated pool. This condo has central air conditioning and is non-smoking. Note: Hot Tub and Pool are open during summer and winter seasons only. Both close at the end of each season.
