My family and I had a wonderful stay at this in town property, the house was exceptionally clean and quiet but walkable to town. We enjoyed leaving the car in the garage for a change. Breckenridge is a friendly town with many great restaurants. We also enjoyed eating in because the house has all the cooking facilities you would need for a family with a great grocery store nearby. Would definitely come back again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This home is located within walking distance of Main Street and Carter Park. It was the perfect location for my family. We could walk to the sledding hill and then walk to lunch. We did take a car ride to Keystone for a one day outing and it was a beautiful 30 minute drive. The home had all the amenities and made it convenient for my family to eat some meals at home! The owners are very sweet and accommodating. They installed wireless internet on their property for me, prior to my arrival!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

About the owner: My wife and I are originally from England and moved to the USA in 1993. We enjoyed 11 years in beautiful Connecticut and have been enjoying Colorado since 2004. Our daughter was born in Connecticut where we still have many good friends and revisit New England when we can. We enjoy sharing what we have with friends and family from the UK and our friends in the USA.
Why the Owner Chose Breckenridge Mountain Village:
Breckenridge Mountain Village was somewhere we discovered when we first purchased a condo in the vicinity. It was a dream to be able to upgrade into this quiet yet very convenient location so near to everything Breckenridge has to offer. The town of Breckenridge we find very friendly and we're always discovering something new. Skiing is very special in Breckenridge and the many options Colorado offers. For example Vail and Beaver Creek are about 50 minutes drive away.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
There's always something to do in Summer and Winter. Breckenridge organizes ice carving exhibitions, music festivals and various sports events through the year. We ski and sled in the Winter and hike, fish and bike in the Summer... and remarkably most of the time in sunshine! We find there's always something different happening and there always seems to be a combination of enjoying fun activities and relaxing. The ice skating rink is a 200 yard walk from our house and we discovered this past Summer it was quite inexpensive to hire a boat on nearby Lake Dillon.
