Our Non-Smoking Villa is in mint condition and has the best view of holes 11 and 17 of the famous George Fazio Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes.
Our Villa is fully air conditioned and sleeps six very comfortably. The first floor has a Living Room, Dining Room, Full Kitchen with all appliances, washer and dryer, a full bath, a large outside deck with a fantastic view of the 11th and 17th holes of the Fazio Golf Course, as well as a large bedroom that has two twin beds, a TV, and VCR. The second floor has a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a TV and VCR, a full bath, and a great view of the golf course.
The living room is equipped with TV, VCR, DVD, and CD Player, and Stereo. The Kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Linens and towels are all provided. All the comforts of home!!
Our Villa complex has a pool, free tennis courts, and a free fishing dock. You can ride your bikes (less than ten minutes) to the beach along the beautiful bike path. Our beach is less than a mile away.

We have been coming to Hilton Head to vacation for many years. We love the climate, atmosphere, and beautiful beaches. We decided to purchase our villa there in 2003 to ,occasionally, enjoy it ourselves as well as to invite others to share our wonderful experience.

We love sitting out on our deck each day with our morning coffee and evening drinks and watching the golfers play. Our view of the Fazio Golf Course is the best in Inverness. Our recently renovated Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room add a crisp, clean, and attractive new look to our Villa.

I am a retired School Teacher, who taught all grades for 38 years.My husband continues to work in his small business. We live in New Jersey. We have 3 children and 2 small grandchildren, who are the apple of our eye. My husband is an avid golfer and I am still at the beginning stages. We love going to Hilton Head to practice our strokes.
