Our Non-Smoking Villa is in mint condition and has the best view of holes 11 and 17 of the famous George Fazio Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes.
Our Villa is fully air conditioned and sleeps six very comfortably. The first floor has a Living Room, Dining Room, Full Kitchen with all appliances, washer and dryer, a full bath, a large outside deck with a fantastic view of the 11th and 17th holes of the Fazio Golf Course, as well as a large bedroom that has two twin beds, a TV, and VCR. The second floor has a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a TV and VCR, a full bath, and a great view of the golf course.
The living room is equipped with TV,VCR,DVD,CD PLAYER,FREE WiFi,and TELEPHONE . The Kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Linens and towels are all provided. All the comforts of home!!
Our Villa complex has a pool (Adult & Baby),3 FREE TENNIS COURTS, and a FREE fishing dock. You can ride your bikes (less than ten minutes) to the beach along the beautiful bike path. Our beach is less than a mile away or you can call the Palmetto Dunes Buggy to pick you up for FREE.

We have been coming to Hilton Head to vacation for many years. We love the climate, atmosphere, and beautiful beaches. We decided to purchase our villa there in 2003 to ,occasionally, enjoy it ourselves as well as to invite others to share our wonderful experience.

We have 3 children and 2 small grandchildren, who are the apple of our eye. My husband is an avid golfer and I am still at the beginning stages.
