We really enjoyed or stay at this villa. Everything was as it was listed to be. We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes area 4 times now, and this was certainly the best deal we have had, and STRESS FREE!! The villa is not fancy, but has a feel of home. The Owner is so sweet and very, very easy to work with. Villa was clean, and well mantained no problems what-so-ever..We played golf for 7 days straight, sometimes 36 holes a day...the 3 courses in this area are wonderful, our favorite is the Fazio... If you are going to golf for the week, be sure to ask at one of the pro shops about a week long pass, when you call the resort number to make your tee times, they will not tell you about a week pass, so ask at the pro shop...very affordable, and the golf is unlimited at all 3 courses. This villa has a great view of the Fazio #11 fairway and green, and # 17 (par 3) if you like to sit on the balcony, and watch the golfers, you will like this one... Very nice and quite. I would reccomend to friends, and will plan to stay again in this villa...

Most enjoyable two weeks. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. The pictures of the condo are a good representation of what you will find upon your arrival. The rental process was stress-less . The area had a lot to offer. Plenty of shops, golf courses( for all level of golfers) and restaurants. The beach was amazing. Although November was not swimming weather the beach was great for long walks, bike riding or just relaxing with a good book. The holiday had a good combination of relaxation and activity.

Wonderful Villa

Our family of four had a GREAT vacation at this villa in Palmetto Dunes! The villa is BEAUTIFUL and VERY SPACIOUS! It is so peaceful and quiet at Inverness. My husband liked being right on the golf course, and we liked the patio out back to watch the golfers. He played the course one day and really enjoyed it. Some restaurants we enjoyed were Steamers, One hot Momma's BBQ, Patty's Pig 'n Pit, and Guiseppies pizza! We really enjoyed the short bike ride to the beach and the lovely pool that you can walk to. Overall, we had a blast and made great memories! The girls LOVED the beach and pool! Thanks again for sharing your villa with us all!!

We stayed in the villa in early June 2011, and straight away felt relaxed and at home. The kitchen was more than adequate with everything one could possibly need. The lounge was very comfortable, with lots of space to spread yourself around. We liked the high chairs on the Balcony, as these afforded us great views of the Golf Course, and the river too. The master bedroom has a really comfortable King size bed, and the ceiling fan helps you to sleep soundly (much to soundly according to my Girlfriend!!). Both bathrooms were good, with the ground floor shower being the better of the 2. The beach equipment was put to plenty of use, as the beach is only a short drive/long walk away. The pictures definately don't do the villa justice, as it is very clean and homely. The alligators live in the nearby lake (50 metres) but you soon get used to seeing them sunbathing in the shallows, just comes as a bit of a shock when you are from the UK :-). The Sea pines nature reserve is worth the visit, as is Harbour Town for the boats and Restaurants. The Kayaking trips out to sea is an adventure not to be missed, and if you use Hilton Head Outfitters ask for the discounted rate $25 per person. We loved the whole experience of Palmetto Dunes that we are considering going back for 2 weeks next time, and we will certainly book into this villa.

Loved this condo. Very much like being at home, except the view and weather is SO MUCH BETTER! The owners are great to work with. Appreciate how they make it affordable for a family to have a nice vacation. Location is perfect and highly recommend renting bikes and riding around. Take an early morning ride on the beach ... you won't be sorry.

Just got back from our week at your place and it was AMAZING!!! My kids loved all that it had to offer and we loved sitting on the deck in the morning watching the golfers and having coffee. We went running, walking, pool, beach everyday and it was all right at our fingertips. One of our best vacations ever and we look forward to going back every year!!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the villa very much. Since this was our very first vacation as a family, it was a very great choice. The pictures did not do this place justice, it only provided a snap shop at this beautiful place. My children enjoyed having there own room and going out on the deck to watch the golfers golf. The wild life was a sight to be seen. my only problem was spiders and cockroaches which was taking care of when i called to informed them. The beach was closer then we thought and we enjoyed how close everything else was by just driving around. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Will do it again.

Inverness is a great family location for a vacation. It is a location in Palmetto Dunes that allows privacy, comfort and close proximity to all the great attractions Hilton Head has to offer. Staying at this Villa was a very comfortable experience. Our two children enjoyed having their own room on the first floor. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck as well as discovering all the great vegetation and wildlife near the Villa. Tennis and swimming facilities were pleasant as well. The spectacular beach was just a short bike ride from the Villa with access at the Disney Beach Club. Our kids enjoyed biking to the General Store every morning for the best breakfast on the island!! Putt Putt Golf was just down the road at Shelter Cove. Just all around great value!

Absolutely Perfect

My family and I just returned from a week at this lovely condo. Every description of the condo was accurate and we could not have been more pleased. The property was clean, organized, comfortable and spacious. The owner was gracious and most helpful. We look forward to returning for many years. I do not believe anyone will find a better rental. I have used VRBO all over the USA and abroad and this rental is perfect for any family. We really enjoyed the miles of bike paths within Palmetto Dunes. If you are a biking family, you will enjoy many hours of carefree cycling. I would also like to recommend H2O watersports. The jetski rental was wonderful and the staff very professional. For dining out, we love The Sea Shack, Captain Woody's and The Black Marlin. All and all, our experience was wonderful and we plan to return for many years. I highly recommend this rental.

The property is top notch. Spacious, light filled, well kept and modernized, clean, everything works. Very comfortable king size bed. The owner is very nice, readily available and leaves all the information you need to find, take care of, call, etc. Beaches are great! Some of the best restaurants I've been to....Redfish, Eat, Alexander's, and for breakfast...Plantation, Sunrise Cafe, Stacks. Nice to eat in as well on the wonderful deck. Local markets have everything you need..even organic and natural foods. If you like golf, you are staying right on the course. Also easy bike, canoe, kayak rentals, boat cruises, excursions. Near to Savannah Georgia, and some other historic towns. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. A Great vacation!

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our stay in this villa very much. We especially liked the upstairs master bedroom and bath. It is very pretty and private. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the golfers and just taking in the beautiful view. This is a quiet area and great for families.The fact that it is located in a gated community made it even more appealing.We actually took a walk late in the day just to see the lovely trees and plants. The beach is close. We drove to the Disney Beach House and parked. We even ate lunch at the grill while we were at the beach. It is also an easy bike ride to get there. We hope to return and stay in this villa again in the future.

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head last September. Your villa was just beautiful. You did a great job on the renovation. Everything looks crisp and clean. I especially like the master bath shower with a convenient seat in the shower. Your deck view is fabulous! We'll be back again.
