Pavilion Palms is a small family oriented gated complex on Scenic Gulf Dr, new in 2001 and only 200 steps from the beach. Enjoy full, unobstructed Gulf view from our professionally decorated condo. It's on the top floor of a 3 story low-rise, with only 10 condos per building, total of 30 units arranged in a U shape around a central pool. Our condo has 10 ft ceilings, 18x18 ceramic tile in living areas, brand new carpet in bedrooms and brand new furniture in LR. This is a very large condo with approx 1300 SF and another 280 SF balcony. Both bedrooms have en-suite baths and cable TV. Second bdrm has 2 twin beds, and master has king Tempur-Pedic bed, walk-in closet, split bath with double cultured marble vanity and french doors to balcony. Enjoy spectacular gulf views from every room except the back bedroom.
The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight and even has Gulf view! The area restaurants are wonderful, but you might want to pick up some fresh fish or shrimp at the local seafood market and grill at home. We have a gas grill on the balcony. Our goal is to make our condo as comfortable as possible and we would love to share it with you!

Mike lived in Pensacola as a child and I grew up vacationing in Panama City with my family so we both always loved the Panhandle's gorgeous white sand beaches. We continued to vacation in Panama City with our children until Destin began to be developed. We then fell in love with the Destin area and began the search for our winter home. We looked for several years before finding the perfect condo at Pavilion Palms.
Why the Owner Chose Pavilion Palms
We love the Destin area with all its great shopping and wonderful restaurants. The beaches are among the most beautiful in the world and the deep sea fishing is the absolute best. We love being able to get fresh shrimp and seafood any time we want it.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We call Destin our "happy place" where we can totally relax, enjoy the ocean view and take long leisurely walks on the beach every morning. We love watching the sun rise on the beach and having it pretty much to ourselves in the morning. We hope you will love Destin just as much as we do!
