This beautiful 2 bedroom condo is located in the gated complex of Pavilion Palms. This condo lets you enjoy full unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. We are on the top floor of a 3 story low rise with only 10 condos per building. The condo has 10 ft ceilings, 18 x 18 ceramic tiles in the living areas, brand new carpet in the bedrooms and brand new furniture in the livingroom. This is a very large condo with approx. 1300 sf and another 280 sf balcony. The balcony has a patio set and a gas grill for convenient out door cooking. The master bedroom has a king bed with a, walk in closet, an attached bath with marble vanity, plus french doors that lead out to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bath. Both of the bedrooms have cable tv, and dvd's.
The huge fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight and even has an ocean view! This condo is much larger then usual and even has a 7 x 14 separage utility room that will accommodate the porta-crib for use as a nursery. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Pompano Joe's beach side restaurant, which is a favorite of the locals as well as the tourists! It is also only 5 minutes from Silver Sands Outlet Mall and the new Destin Commons Mall.

Beach with additional Restrooms at beach access. Large 7 x 14 utility room with full size washer and dryer, irn, irning board, vacuum cleaners, beach toys, Central A/C and ceiling fans. Beds: One King, One Queen, One Queen sleeper sofa ( suitable for kids ) . 3 Tv's, Vcrs, Dvd's, CD/stereo, 2 clock radios, phones in every room, answering machine, huge kitchen with separate pantry, Microwave, Dishwasher, Side by Side refrigerator ( ice water in door ) Ceran top stove, plus everything else you'd expect in a well stocked kitchen.

What to do besides enjoy our wonderful beach...
Should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer, you'll find an abundance of choices. Sidewalks line scenic 98 for walking, running or bike riding. We are a short drive to the Silver Sands mall to the West, or luxury shopping at Destin Commons to the East. Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's are all within a short drive. We encourage you to leave menus of your favorite restaurants when you come.
For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a vacation in it’s own right for shoppers you will have access to over 100 stores, including, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike and Reebok - just to name a few. When you need to pause for nourishment choose from Panera Bread, Cheeseburger in Paradise or Carrabba's Italian Grill.
More great shopping can be found at the Destin Commons outdoor mall. Enjoy such great stores as Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic, Belk, Books-A-Million & Maui Nix Surf Shop to rattle off a few. I stayed here while in Destin for a beach wedding. This place is so nice! It is very roomy, the Master bedroom is just beautiful. The view from the balcony is as if you are right on the beach. We stayed here at the end of May and it was very reasonable price wise as well. The pictures above are exactly what the place looks like, especially the view of the beach. Everything was clean, the owner showed up and made sure everything was okay when we arrived. I would definately recommend to anyone. Also, this place has everything from spices to cookware. The beach is literally right across the street within walking distance, and you have your own garage. Just amazing!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

We had the privilage of staying in this unit for 3 nights during our spring break. It was absolutely wonderful. VERY CLEAN!! There were such nice little touches such as dish washing soap, laundry soap etc. We were very pleased with the amenities of the unit. The kitchen was so nicely stocked with utinsils, dishes and cookware. The view from this unit is (in our opinion) one of the best in the complex. Everything was so nice and comfortable. We will certainly stay there again, if and when we make another trip down and need the housing for overflow family etc. Wonderful stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We love the Destin area with all its great shopping and wonderful restaurants. The beaches are among the most beautiful in the world and the deep sea fishing is the absolute best. We love being able to get fresh shrimp and seafood any time we want it.

We call Destin our "happy place" where we can totally relax, enjoy the ocean view and take long leisurely walks on the beach every morning. We love watching the sun rise on the beach and having it pretty much to ourselves in the morning. We hope you will love Destin just as much as we do!
