The access to this cabin is not convenient. All of your luggage and groceries have to be carried up a very steep flight of stairs to even get to the front door. There is no access on the first level. You park on an extremely steep driveway as well. My parents are in their 70's and this was a problem for them. The cabin has 6 bedrooms so we felt like we would have plenty of room for our 10 guests. The bedrooms were nice but the living area is very small. You can't even open the door to go on the deck unless you move a chair from the dining table. Several light bulbs were out, the bathroom sinks did not drain well, the can opener was broken, and there is no wall or ceiling insulation so it is very loud. The downstairs game room was a waste because the pool table took up all the space. There was a nice TV on the wall but no where to sit to watch it, so the only TV area was the main living area where we did not even have a place for everyone to sit. I would not rent this cabin again nor would I recommend it to anyone. We have been staying in Pigeon Forge for Christmas over 10 years and this is the only cabin we have been disappointed in.Owner response: We were sad to read this review - especially being that special needs information was not communciated to our staff during the booking, nor was any of this information communciated during the guests' stay. We feel that the 16 pictures on VRBO, as well as the additional 8 pictures on the link provided under the additional information tab accurately reflect the access, interior spacing, seating, bedding and other amenities of the cabin. Our cabin is not only located on a well maintained paved road, but the road that brings all guests to the cabin is paved and is a state maintained highway as well. Although the driveway is on a paved inclince, there is a level parking pad located at the base of stairs that lead to the entry door that will hold 2 medium sized sedans for parking that will allow for unloading of guests, luggage, etc. While we strive to make sure the cabin is free from maintenance issues like light bulbs and small broken appliances, we do provide all guests with a 24/ 7 maintenance phone number for any issues that may come up during the course of their stay. We are very sorry that we were not given the opportunity to correct the concerns this review indicates. Our goal is to not only provide a fantastic experience while they stay in our cabin, but also provide them with the information and assistance needed to make sure our cabin is right for them.

This was a great property for our family gathering. The house was very comfortable for all 12 of us with the perfect sleeping conditions. The outside area was a nice place for a simple walk on the road to see the waterfall and it was close to store, pizza place and Pigeon Forge strip.Did you find this review helpful? We arrived at the cabin with 6 touring motocycles with trailers-the driveway is not large enought for all the bikes but we found plenty of parking near by. Cabin was better than we thought it would be.Very clean and comfortable.Every one enjoyed there stay and we will rent this cabin again sometime.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed staying in this vrbo. It was exactly as you advertised it. The location was close enough to Dollywood and the attractions in Pigeon Forge, but not in the middle of town. It is so comfortable and roomy where everyone is not crowded.Our gang loved it! ThanksRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
