  Best of both worlds.......the home we rented for our family vacation with my adult children took us back to when the kids were younger, plus the added benefit of all Palm springs in January had to offer young adults made this the best trip in years. The kids jumped in the pool everyday and acted like they were 10. We played mini golf in the yard, sat outside read books, what a great outdoor space. We rode the bikes that were available into town and had a blast. House was updated, CLEAN, and the beds were comfortable. The owners are responsive, their representatives where prompt, and I got a good vibe when we talked on the phone. Good Karma! Great trip

  I'm a little late in my review, but every day I think back about lounging in the pool and the wonderful time we had. Jennifer and Dennis were also great to work with and very accommodating. We spent our 35th Anniversary there with our kids, with each couple having their own room and it was perfect! We had plans to go out for dinner, but nobody wanted to leave! We plan to definitely go back soon!

  We had a wonderful stay at the home. It was even nicer than the VRBO Photos. The home was very comfortable, spacious and beautiful.. Watching the dawn light up the mountains each morning was a special treat. The floor plan with 2 Master suites was perfect for the family. The Palm Springs weather for the week between Christmas and New Years was perfect. We had great golf, fine dining at several special local restaurants, the kids enjoyed the pool and the adults loved the spa. The large back yard was perfect for kids play. To end our visit we celebrated New Years in the large den. The Property Manager Dennis was helpful and accommodating to our needs. It was a great home and we would rent it again.

  This was a vacation for me...to get away from my hectic job and completely relax with friends. It was wonderful. Jennifer made everything easy - no pressure, and great communication, Dennis was very inviting and friendly upon our arrival. The house was perfect for me and my husband - as well as for our guests. The first days were a couple's retreat - relaxing by the pool, eating out, etc. The balance of the trip was a girl's getaway...as all the men went off (as none of them were sun worshippers like the girls) (Girls? 52-70 ). Anyway, the home was lovely, everything anyone would need. We spent days outside and nights out dining. The pool area was perfect for us. Although we did not get the chance to BBQ, the outside is perfect for dining. I would recommend this quite oasis to anyone. We even got a severe thunderstorm....strongest since 1910 which was fantastic! We highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

  I stayed here with six of my cousins, mom, aunt and grandma. It was perfect! :) The house was perfect, it is very spread out so we were able to stay up and watch movies without disturbing anyone sleeping! It was very modern and clean. There were enough bikes for all my cousins and I to go on a bike ride in the evening! And the pool toys were insanely fun. I personally didn't leave the house, and still had an amazing time here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing house to stay at in Palm Springs!

  We loved staying here!!! It was a perfect get a way for our family. The house was so clean and relaxing and located in a wonderful neighborhood. The backyard could not be any better. Dennis and Jennifer were so friendly and made us feel right at home. This house has fun pool toys for the kids and bikes in the garage. It couldn't have been more perfect and we can't wait to come back.

  This house was fantastic, especially the spacious backyard. We had three families, with kids, and it was just perfect. The owner was reliable and very accomodating.

  THANK YOU JENNIFER! You are SOOOO easy to deal with! The pictures on this site to not give your place justice as EVERYTHING in the house was top of the line! The backyard was AMAZING! There was plenty of grass area to run around, the pool was perfect for kids as it has a huge space where kids can walk in and there was plenty of fun toys (bikes, frisbees, tennis balls etc etc etc) for us to use. Every bedroom was SUPER clean and the layout was perfect!!! Thanks so much again! I hope to be back soon!!

  What a beautiful home Jennifer has - close to downtown Palm Springs and offering all the things you need when traveling. ESPECIALLY, traveling with kids. Master bedroom has a nice crib, games and toys for the kids in the house and in the pool. Everything was top notch - thanks to Jennifer for making our trip so easy and memorable. The personalized service from Jennifer and Dennis (property manager) is top-notch. The yard is phenomenal! I love to cook and the kitchen is well equipped.

  We appreciated just about everything about this place: the pool, spacious & private yard, cool interior, and walking distance to downtown. The attentive owners kept very handy things in the house too, from toys to cruiser bikes. We'll be back!
