Welcome to Paradise. Grand Beach Villa is a gorgeous beach home, with private pool, one block away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and located in the exclusive Crystal Shores neighborhood. This spacious and wonderfully decorated beach villa easily sleeps fifteen(15) to nineteen (19) guests and offers wraparound porches on three floors. Grand Beach Villa also boasts a private pool, separate carriage house, new bungalo and as an added bonus, pet friendly. This home has been completely redecorated inside and out, with new coastal paint selections, granite counter tops, new kitchen cabinetry, hardwood floors, flat screen TVs, coastal bedding accents and so much more.
The large Den provides two seating areas for watching on the big screen TV, entertaining, family games or just relaxing. Multiple dining areas w/extra seating round out the 1st floor keeping all guests enjoying time together as cuisine is preparing in a well-equipped kitchen. Gourmet Kitchen is accentuated with beautiful decor, island gas range, abundance of glazed cabinetry, commercial sink, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and walk-up bar for serving directly to the main dining room. Second floor enjoys a huge master suite, with separate sitting and TV area, private deck on the second level, provides comfort, luxury and privacy; a bunk room has three custom made single beds and separate bath. The third level offers two more king master bedrooms each equipped w/private full bath. Both rooms open directly to the third floor deck.
The separate carriage house has a private entrance offering two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed), a full kitchen, dining area, a full bathroom. As a bonus, direct pool access as well as stairs connecting it to the second floor of the main house deck. Just below carriage house, is the new beautifully decorated coastal bungalo boasting two queen beds, private full bath & flat screen TV. Perfect for an early night away from the crowd or quiet place for a good book.
Relax in the beautiful private pool or grill out on the large deck. The pool area also features a separate shaded deck area for mom and dad to watch the kids out of the direct sun, and also a separately fenced in pet area for Fido.
Within one block of GBV, enjoy the gulf vews while you dine at Camille's know for the BEST sushi and coastal cuisine in Destin. For you shoppers or those looking for some entertainment, stroll to the Destin Commons for trendy shops, the Rave movie theater, Timeout Sports Bar and so much more. There more dining options(Outback, Ale House, Chili's) w/in a 5 min walk from your front door. If driving is an option, take a short drive (10 min) to the Destin Harbor for daily charter boat fishing, fish weigh-ins, delicious seafood & unforgetable sunsets views. The vacation was amazing. The home was updated and was very comfortable. We had a total of four families and there was plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable. The walk to the beach was very short and the house provided everything we needed for the beach. The kids also enjoyed the bikes that were provided. We did have a problem with the pool heater but we called Randy and it was fixed within the hour. I would definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Our stay at grand beach villa was amazing! Everything said in the advertising is true. We had plenty of room for 4 generations of the family, and even though we used all the space, the house was still open and gorgeous. Had a good sized pool and was only a walk from the beach. We also had plenty of space for the dog! The house was very well maintained and was great for entertaining. The house was also about a 5 minuet walk from great food and shopping. We loved grand beach villa and hope to come back next summer!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Our experience at grand beach villa was spectacular! We found the home spacious and gorgeous. We also found that we could fit three generations ( over 15 people ) into the house at one time and still have plenty of room. The pool was a good size and the deck was perfect for entertaining. The house was about a block from the beach, so close we could walk! Everything said about this house in the description is true, and we hope to make it back to destin next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners.

Although the garage is in the picture, it is not accessible to guests. Kind of a lead on. No magnificent gulf views. I am not sure which house they were describing. The gas grill was broken. Thank God they left us a "guest put together" charcoal grill-thanks former guests. We had to buy ice the whole time since the ice maker didn't really make ice. The pool is almost completely shaded-again, not sure which house they were talking about on this one. BUT, the positives...there were plenty of towels. The house is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. One of the guests in our party scrubbed all the tables, so they are now nice and clean. It took her several hours, but they were disgusting.Recommended for: Pet owners.
Owner response: I am not certain which house this guest was reviewing, there is no comment that this home has a gulf view. Second, the garage has NEVER been advertised for use by guests, in contains the owners personal vehicle and personal affects. I had our maintenance man check out the grill and it worked perfectly the first time. The tables were clean as with the rest of the house when the guests arrived. I have no idea why we received such a poor review, all I can think of was it was stormy the who time the guests were there and I suppose they needed to take their disappointment out on someone. I only wish they would have contacted us while they were here when we could have done something, this is the first we have heard of any issues. Oh well!

We loved our stay at Grand beach Villa for our reunion of family members covering four generations.We were also grateful that the house is pet friendly so that our 13 year old Labrador Retriever could be with us. The house is beautifully decorated with lovely contemporary color schemes and has three levels of wonderful porches for relaxing in the autumn sun. Since our family loves to eat and cook, we enjoyed making good use of the kitchen and the ample dining room area. The location is great for us because we really like Crystal Beach. We appreciated the very short walk to the beach, to Camille's Restaurant and to places such as Barnes and Noble (for the girls) and Quigley's Sport Bar (for the boys). I highly recommend this house and this company. I recommend this as a house toRecommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners.
