  We had a great trip tp Steamboat and really enjoyed the property. It was cozy and warm. The Weber grill was nice. Location was very convenient.

  We stayed at this wonderful condo for our first family ski trip (kids ages 7 and 10) in January of this year. It was perfect for us! And there was plenty of room if another family of 4 had joined us as well. It was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and well-equipped. It is very easy to get to from the airport, and it is close to the base of the mountain which can be reached by the convenient shuttle or by a very short drive if you want to park there. The kids loved the ski school, and we really enjoyed skiing the mountain together after their ski school. We also enjoyed the great restaurants at the mountain, tubing in the fresh snow, and strolling the main street in the City of Steamboat. The owners were very helpful and responsive (before, during, and after our trip). We would highly recommend this condo.

  Location was excellent (everything was easy to get to); property was accommodating and very comfortable. I don't think I've ever seen a kitchen this well-stocked! My kids and I went, with our friends from Hong Kong, and everyone had a fantastic time. We were 7 in the party, and there was more than enough room for everyone. Place looks better than the photos. Thanks for sharing the place!

  This was a perfect place to bring my extended family for a vacation. There were 8 of us and an 18 month old. The place was beautifully decorated and very well stocked with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking big family meals, too. Thank you for providing such a nice place! We will come again.

  Pictures are nice, but they do not do justice to this beautiful and comfortable townhome. It's close to the bus route, just on the edge of town so easy to get to. The layout is fabulous so people can have space while joining together in a beautiful central area. The decorating is beautiful, quite modern with a mountain feel. To welcome us, the owners left a very thoughtful giftbag. All in all a wonderful choice!

  My family of 5 and parents stayed here 3 nts for my daughter's softball tournament. Tastefully decorated, clean, and well equipped describe this condo. Both bedrooms downstairs had flat screen tvs and dvd players. The kitchen had everything we needed for daily meals. The garage was a plus and washer and dryer were handy. The condo is only 2 minutes east of Lincoln so it was very convenient to access downtown, supermarkets, shops, etc. There was a playground nearby for the kids and a hot tub to relax after a long day. We would definitely stay here again!

  The owner was such a delight to work with. Very accommodating and detailed. She made the rental process so quick & easy. Upon arrival, the rental was exactly as described and such a pleasure to call "home" during our stay. The location was perfect, right next to local transportation to/from the slopes and downtown. The home had every possible amenity we could want: a fully equipped kitchen for all meals, a toasty fireplace to cozy up to after a long day playing in the snow, a beautiful flat screen TV (which you could watch general channels on OR we brought our iPad to connect & watch some Netflix movies). We can't wait to plan our next vaca so we can come back! Maybe we'll shoot for the summer so we can get some hiking & biking in this round. :o)

  After researching lots of different options, we settled on this property for our long weekend away. We were so excited when we walked in - the place is beautiful, roomy and has a great deck with mountain views where you can grill or just hang out! There were 5 adults in our party - three cars each coming from different parts of the state - and we had no trouble parking all the cars right by the condo. The unit is set up for easy storage of ski gear and the ski shuttle is literally steps away from the unit - it was a short ride to the base! It's important to note, too, that the owners were very responsive to the questions I had ahead of time - I hadn't organized a rental for a group before, and they were very helpful and accommodating. I plan to keep this property info on hand for the next group event we have in the Steamboat area!

  We will definitely be repeat guests. Place was outstanding. Very comfortable and well-appointed. PERFECT size for four adults and four kids. Garage came in handy and wireless access was flawless. Skiing at Steamboat and soaking in Strawberry Hot Springs were, of course, world class. The owners are super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful.

  Our Family stayed at this beautiful Condo/ townhome in August of 2010. It is very spacious, with nice size bedrooms and main living area, yet it also has a cozy and comfortable feel like being at home. The place is very clean, well equipped, newly painted in warm colors and decorated with comfortable and stylish furnishings. We especially enjoyed the tall kitchen table where we ate meals and played family games. We made dinner at the condo one of the nights and had EVERYTHING we needed. It is also very close to the mountain which can be reached via the shuttle. There were great restaurants up the mountain where you can sit outside and take in the beautiful scenery as well as in the City of Steamboat. We walked down the street to a nice fishing pond which my 10 and 7 year old boys loved. We also went into town to play putt putt golf, go to the creek, rides bikes and walk around the outdoor farmers market. So much to do in this quaint little town during the Summer and Winter. The owners were very helpful and gracious. We would recommend this rental anytime of year.
