The unit is adjacent to the highly rated Radium Valley Vacation Resort and renters have access to all amenities which include an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, outdoor seasonal swimming pool (with food service), fitness room, games room, adult lounge, family lounge, outdoor patio with fire pits, tennis court, basketball court, children's playground.
The unit is stocked with a supply of toiletries and paper products. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Master bedroom has an ensuite bath and there are granite countertops throughout. The unit is decorated in a modern contemporary style.
Check in is done at Radium Valley Vacation Resort. A credit card imprint is required as well as a signed rental agreement.

Beautiful rental just minutes away from the hot springs. The rental was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the essentials for our stay. Lots of room for four adults and two kids. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Our immediate and extended family have been enjoying regular visits to Radium for the last 10 years. Because of some business involvement in the valley the area has become a very big part of our life, so purchasing a condo seemed like the next logical step. We enjoy all 4 seasons in Radium, each having their own charm. Our children have grown up vacationing in the area and love it.
Why the Owner Chose Radium Hot Springs:
Radium is a quaint town with a busy main street. It is your first stop after driving through the 'big rock' into the Columbia Valley, as opposed to having to drive another 15-40 minutes to other destinations in the valley. So it makes for a great home base and is minutes from any activities you might be interested in.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The biggest benefit, aside from how beautiful the unit itself is, is the use of the facilities at Radium Valley Vacation Resort. The recreation center is only a 2 minute walk from our front door, and has one of the nicest indoor/outdoor pools in the area. You can also walk into Radium to enjoy the restaurants and shops, then have an ice cream at 'Screamers'.
