This condo met all expectations. It was clean, well maintained, and cozy. Four of my girlfriends and I had our first experience in Murrells Inlet for a bachelorette and birthday party weekend. The condo had plenty of space for us to hang out and have a good time. We were able to cook dinner and make snacks in the equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We all slept very well in those comfortable beds and those sheets were amazing!! haha The weather was overcast, rainy and chilly, so we spent most of our time hanging out in the condo. We got cozy with warm blankets and pillows provided and had much needed bonding time. We would definitely return to this location and would love to do so again. Everything was wonderful. One could never regret choosing this condo or working with Brenda. She was so accomodating, kind and always so prompt to respond. Loved working with her and would gladly do it again!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This unit is a beautifully decorated, well maintained, very clean spacious condo and the location was perfect for our vacation. There is a screened in porch on the back side of the unit and we enjoyed watching folks on the golf course. This complex is conveniently located out of "tourist traffic" with a small shopping center a short distance away (grocery store, a diner, a liquor store, nail salon and more). The unit is located on the second floor, but an elevator makes it very easy to move in and out. Brenda (owner) was a pleasure to work with - she responded very quickly to my emails. Because of the time of year (March 1-31), we did not have the pleasure of trying out the pool - the pool is open only between April and November. I would definitely recommend this unit without question.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

A great place to "defrost" and recharge the internal batteries. There was a "Welcome, glad you're here" feel as we walked into the unit and soothing music was playing in the background. Because we went in the off season, we got some GREAT golf deals and even took a two day course at the Steve Dresser Golf School. The condo was close to everything as we enjoyed a variety of activities from matinees to great and reasonable restaurants. Take advantage of the many coupons books, which are all around the area, as well as in the unit itself, for numerous discounts. HINT: Buy a daily paper for $.75. You can find numerous deals that only last a few days in it. We certainly saved more money than the paper costs over the course of our stay. Adele fell in love with Brookgreen Gardens and could have spent everyday there if the beach, golf, biking or shopping didn't get in the way. The passes to the State Parks saved us a lot of money as we took part in several activities offered. Ron occassionally hit a bucket of balls at the International Club just down the road. He even finished a book or two which proves you can do something while doing nothing.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We recently spent a long Labor Day weekend celebrating my husband and his twin sister's 50th birthday. We found the property to be as good or better than advertised. The property is located in a quiet gated community but is close to great restaurants, some nice attractions and local shopping. The property is well maintained and beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a nice stay. The pool is lovely and well maintained and we met some very nice people in the community while we visited. The owners are exceptionally easy to deal with and promptly returned our deposit. I'm sure our vacation plans will include another stay at this lovely home. I would highly recommend anyone wishing to visit the Murrell's Inlet area to consider this listing.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

I recently returned from a wonderful stay at unit 202! Everything is beautiful and very relaxing! The pool is directly across from unit! screened in porch is also lovely!! The condo is indeed the best of both worlds--a place to truly "vacate" and relax as well as near many attractions. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood that is well kept. It also has great charm: it is welcoming, well decorated, and you can feel the love of the owners when you walk in. The small details such as interesting books, videos, and unique furnishings make it more than an excellent place to stay. My mother was so comfortable in the condo that she only went out 3 of the 7 days that we were there! She said to me, "You can send me here any time." (That was a hint.) A wonderful place to stay. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and we felt at home staying here. The beach pass was a nice bonus as the beach at Huntington State Park is not far and not crowded. Very relaxing time. Brenda made sure everything was ready and was great even on short notice. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach, a golf outing or recreation with the kids. Nothing was too far or inconvenient. It is a pleasure to write a review for this condo we rented just a week ago. In spite of the fact that we traveled quickly to the area at the passing of our aunt, we found we were nurtured and refreshed upon returning to the unit after long, busy days. It began the moment of our arrival. It was a long drive and we were delighted and happy to find the unit, indeed the entire complex, new and immaculate. The unit itself is beautifully decorated, we love the open floor plan and high ceilings, there was not one thing we wanted or needed that wasn't anticipated and at our fingertips. The HVAC was perfect. The pool was never crowded, never a loud atmosphere, very serene. The rate was fair, the location excellent, close to the beaches, shopping, restaurants and churches. The owner was very pleasant to work with, even on short notice. A security deposit was required and promptly returned a week after we arrived home. This was the first time we went online and rented a condo and I was praying it wasn't a scam. It not only wasn't a scam, it turned out to be a huge blessing, not only to me and my husband, but to my parents, and cousin and her husband, who shared the unit with us. We liked it so much we plan to return next year.Recommended for: Age 55+

Myself and my husband of 40 years booked this condo for the month of June 2012 for OUR VACATION. This vacation at this condo was totally outstanding in every way possible. The unit itself, the pool, beach at Huntington State Park, pass for the park provided. So many shopping areas, great restaurants, many churches to chose from for Sunday worship. Someday we hope to return again and I am sure enjoy just as much if not more.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

It was a wonderful experience 4 month experience! Everything was clean , nice, and beautiful!! I enjoyed my home away from home so much!! Actually checking out June 1st was difficult! I truely would reccommend this beautiful condo to anyone! Made a quick 3 day trip to the inlet to set up new nursery and celebrate an early thanksgiving with 3 of our kids that live in the inlet area. Had everyone over to the condo for dinner and it was perfect. Had lots of room. Love the place and the location. We all felt at home. Everything we needed was there and it was very clean!! I loved watching the golfers on the course from the back screened-in porch. We walked around the development and felt very safe. I look forward to renting this condo again!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We just returned from a 3 night stay at this beautiful condo> Everything was just as nice as listed and seen on here. Beautiful , safe location and very clean! We arrived late at night and it was easy to find and enter with no problems. It really is homey and quite inviting!! Listing description was EXACTLY what we found when we arrived at this wonderful, quiet retreat just outside Murrell's Inlet. Upscale, pristine, roomy condo steps away from a beautiful pool in a gated community. We'd been looking forward to exploring this part of the world and enjoyed the owner's pass to Huntington State Park with it's white sand and warm water ocean. We also visited Brookgreen Gardens which is one of the most intriguing places we've been to - we spent days exploring here! Also found Captain Tod's boat excursions out of Georgetown and were treated to a 4-hour lighthouse, shell beach, plantation tour on a 50-seat pontoon boat. The condo's location allowed us to explore all along the coast from Myrtle Beach down to Georgetown because it's centrally located and close to everything. No shortage of nearby restaurants and the restaurant boardwalk in Murrell's Inlet allowed us to sample all the fresh seafood and local cocktails while enjoying views of the marsh, Goat Island and meeting lots of great people. It was a wonderful vacation and thanks to Brenda + Jeff for providing every accommodation in a great complex. Setting up the rental was painless and we highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Wonderful! The owners have obviously put a lot of thought and effort in to making it welcoming and relaxing. The music playing upon our arrival was nice, and as we moved further into the condo, we saw that it was clean, organized, and tastefully decorated. We were pampered with silky smooth sheets for our beds and bath linens at our fingertips. There was an assortment of brochures for area attractions and restaurants, and a guest pass to Huntington Beach, which we took advantage of, and thoroughly enjoyed. The owners handled the rental procedure in a professional, efficient manner, and was happy to answer any question or concern. Staying in this peaceful condo was quite a treat. It was fashionably furnished with all the amenities to make the stay comfortable. The pool directly across from the condo felt like it belonged to us! Morning coffee and after dinner cocktails on the Lanai were private and enjoyable. When you want to venture out the area has so much to offer. Take time to visit Brookgreen Gardens which are extraordinary. Huntington Beach is near by and is a beautiful stretch of uncrowded beach which includes great swimming and sunning and loggerhead turtle nest preservation. Restaurants, bars and nightlife are very close by on the Murrells Inlet Boardwalk. Venture a little farther and you can visit Myrtle Beach or take a day trip to Charleston.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I really enjoyed my stay at this spacious condo. The inside of the condo is very open and very welcoming. I loved the screened in deck (porch) that over looks the golf course, and enjoyed having my morning tea out there while watching and listening to the wild life. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. The grounds of the condo property are very well maintained with beautiful landscaping and a very refreshing pool directly accross from the condo unit. The location of the condo is close to wonderful restaurants, lot's of fun vacation stores for souvenirs and a short drive to down town Myrtle Beach where you can enjoy not only more ocean, but lot's of great nite life and entertainment. The owner left their pass to the local state park where there is a beautiful beach you can swim, hiking trails and wild life nature perserves. I can' wait until I can return for another girls weekend!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Having 2 children who play competetive golf, we do a lot of traveling and stay in a lot of hotels. This is the first time that we looked into a rental instead of a hotel and we are sold. This is a beautiful and comfortable unit. It was easier than checking into and out of a hotel and we had plenty of room to spread out. It was close to the golf course and our favorite restaurants. It was nice to come back after a long day on the golf course and relax and swim and not feel all cramped together.My kids were thrilled that they each had their own room and their own bed. And an added perk, the owners are fantastic and easy to deal with. Thank you for a great time. We rented this condo to visit some family in Murrells Inlet. It was such an enjoyable stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was so pleasant. The swimming pool was across the street and the grandchildren really enjoyed the pool (as did I) The owner supplied beach towels which was a real blessing. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Loved the condo - clean and decorated very nicely. It is just a short drive to all the wonderful restaurants in Murrells Inlet. We used the pass to Huntingdon Beach State Park - first time there - it was quiet & relaxing. Screened in porch wonderful for evening beverages or watching the golfers. This condo has everything you need to make a great vacation. Brenda, the owner, very easy to work with. We would recommend this condo to those wanting a quiet vacation.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway.

This condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was stocked very well also, which I loved not having to bring additional items from home. The owner was very prompt in answering my phone call and emails and was quite pleasant! Location was great--easy drive to great restaurants and shopping. My husband loved the golf course! Our family of 5 vacationed at this property during the 3rd week of August 2010! We had vacationed to Myrtle in years past, but had never stayed in Murrells Inlet. We had a fabulous time! It's a very quiet area with a lot to do. The condo was GREAT and had everything we needed! It was very clean and neat! My husband and I and our 3 kids (ages 8, 6 and 3 yrs) enjoyed the space of the condo and the pool, which was just outside the front door! Everything (public & private beaches, shopping, a boardwalk, restaurants, fast food, etc) was close to where we were at and only took a few minutes to get places...which is VERY IMPORTANT when vacationing with kids! :) We will definately be back at this rental again in 2011!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Just a short note to comment on this condo. I found it to be very neat and clean and all amenities were provided, including linens to make our stay very comfortable. The condo over looks the great pool and is only steps away. There is also and elevator if you are tired after a long day at one of the many beaches. The owner also included a parking pass for Huntington Beach just minutes away. This condo also over looks a golf course from the screened in veranda at the rear of the condo, just perfect for a evening of relaxation. There are tons of restaurants, shops and points of interest to visit all just 10-15 minutes away from this Murrells Inlet condo complex. Overall we were quite happy we chose this condo and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This condo was everything that was advertised. The owner was easy to work with and the condo had everything that I needed to make my stay pleasant. Everything was perfectly new and clean. I especially liked the location and the secure complex. The condo had a beautiful golf course and new housing that surrounded it. I liked that each condo had it's own private entrance and porch area in the front and back. "My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo, located in a well maintained complex, for a week. We can say only great things about the experience. It was very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and was perfectly clean. It had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the vacation. The bedrooms were large, comfortable and clean with nice new bedding. The condo was stocked with everything that we needed. We enjoyed being close to the park, ocean and things to do and see. We surely will return to this condo and Murrells Inlet . Thanks for the experience.
