It consists of ten, four-story buildings, spread out over fifteen acres of tropical landscaping with beautifully maintained grounds, with fountains, brooks, and cozy barbecues, which provide a relaxing environment or an opportunity to meet new people. The unit is furnished with fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, cable television, free wireless internet, free local phone service and private lanais. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The unit is located midway in the property, Bldg. 7, on the second floor viewing the garden.
Kamaole Beach III offers a large open park area with small play ground and a protected sandy beach which is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, snorkeling, sunning and whale watching in the winter months!
Reservation Policy:
$500 Deposit due at booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year's).
Cancellation Policy: A fee of $200 will be assessed for cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Years). For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full.
Free late Check-Out if no Arrival that day. Guaranteed late Check-Out is available for 1/2 day rate.
All units are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Rates are subject to change until booking is reserved.
