Lively jewel toned colors, are use through out the condo. 2 bedrooms (separated by living space); 2 baths unit in the Donald Wexler designed Rose Garden Complex. This fully furnished condo sleeps 4 and offers a gracious mid-century styled dinning and living space. The living space has large sliders that open to a spacious private yard with grass (approx 800 sq. ft.)walled in my a green hedge. The dinning area also has sliders opening out to another smaller patio and BBQ area.
The ceilings are vaulted in the living and dinning rooms.
The bedrooms contain queen beds. The master has a walk-in closet, and lots of dresser space in the bedroom.
The Rose Garden complex sits on several acres of beautifully maintained green belts and presents a pleasant place for walking. Conveniently located minutes from Downtown Palm Springs and all its wonderful attractions. Short drive to fine dinning, shopping and night life. The airport is only 5 minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo so much that we have booked it for 2 months in 2012. The location is perfect for walking to downtown, to the grocery store, Starbucks and other shops, parks, movie theatres, all that you need. The airport is just 5 min. away. The unit itself is clean and well furnished with comfortable beds and living room furniture. The kitchen is well stocked and there are patios on the north and south sides to enjoy morning coffee and evening entertaining or just enjoying the views and the private yard. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and use the unit themselves so it is a very homey atmosphere. We highly recommend this condo and the facilities in the Rose Garden complex.

About the owner: We both grew up in Portland Oregon, like many Oregonians, we find a need for some sun 8 months out of the year. We do get down 3 times a year, for several weeks at a time, we just decided to start sharing our wonderful retreat.
Why the Owner Chose Rose Garden:
We chose this area, since we love to hike, the trails around the area are never ending. The colors of the mountains, as they change in the light are just incredible. We also chose central Palm Springs, because we wanted a place we didn't have to get in a car if we didn't want to. It's a mile walk to the Starbuck's downtown. Just a couple blocks to movies, library, grocery stores.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Even though it is a condo, the area has a feel, for a small private home. But the benefits of condo life: i.e. 2 large swimming pools, 3 hot tubs and 3 tennis courts (1 lighted).
