  We stayed for a week at this incredible condo. The location was fantastic and the layout of the condo really worked for everyone. We had 4 teenagers with us and they were able to ski, relax and explore on their own. When we arrived there was a welcome basket for us and more "extras" in the kitchen then you can imagine. We had already gone to the grocery store before we got there, but they had the kitchen very well stocked with things you wouldn't want to have to buy just for a vacation. The owners were so nice and helpful beginning with before we arrived giving us helpful information on the town and snow conditions and throughout the trip with anything we needed. We've rented many times through VRBO and these were the best owners we've ever dealt with. The condo was practically brand new with comfortable beds and linens, a wonderful DVD library and incredible views. Even if you don't ski you can just relax and read and enjoy the views from the condo. Can't wait to go back!!

  Our stay here was awesome. I ski with the Adaptive sports Association, so it was important to me to have an accessible condo (no steps). This was an execellent choice for us as there is covered parking, elevators, and shuttle service to various places on the resort. The owner was an excellent contact prior to our stay and even called to check and see if we needed anything else during our stay. The property was very clean and was just as it was pictured on line. The views were beautiful and the condo was very well stocked with everything necessary for the stay. We did our own cooking; all the essentials- oil, spices, sugar, foil, plastic and the gadgets- were there for us. While staying at Durango Mtn Resort, besides skiing, we also enjoyed snowmobiling. We enjoyed watching a coupleDVD's from a collection in the condo, and even enjoyed some reading. In all, this place had beautiful views, great location,an efficient use of space, and everything thing you need in a home to make for a great vacation. We will definetly be back and recommend this to others!

  We just returned from our second stay in this wonderful condo. The location is perfect for accessing all of the amenities at DMR. The condo is stocked with everything you might possibly need, and the owners are the best I've ever worked with when using VRBO. We can't wait to return!

  Our family of 4 spent a week at this condo between Christmas and New Years and had a fantastic time. The unit is just a 2 minute walk to the main plaza at DMR which makes it very convenient. It has a ski locker available in the plaza that allows you to leave yours skis 30 seconds from the main lift. The condo is very nicely decorated and is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The views of the mountains from the unit are spectacular. We felt very comfortable here and Bill made sure everything was taken care of. DMR is a short drive from Durango which is filled with a lot of great shoppes and restaurants. The skiing was great and we can't wait to come back.

  We just returned from a week long stay at this wonderful condo. The condo is beautiful and the owners have thought of everything you need to make it feel like home. We were able to take several day trips as well as enjoy the summer activities offered at the resort. The resort is very peaceful and the views from the condo are amazing. The owners are local and very nice to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

  Just returned from a stay at this condo. I have used VRBO for years and can honestly say this was the best in every way. The location of the building allows an almost surreal view of the mountains. Very peaceful yet perfect location for all summer activities. Traveling with two older teenagers they were constantly on the go. Couple of minutes walk to the village, rented mountain bikes for the day, zip lined, great restaurants close by. The pool & spa (also a few minutes walk), perfectly maintained. I would love to spend more time at this condo in the future. The owners are local and are very helpful and welcoming, an A plus property! KRS/Tucson, AZ

  This brand new condo was perfect for our family of 4 ski vacation! The skilifts are literally steps away from the condo as is the Lodge, restaurants and shops. The kids enjoyed the pool after skiing all day and we all enjoyed relaxing in the very comfortable condo--although the views from the master bedroom made it hard to want to get out of bed in the morning! The condo is totally kitchen-ready if you want to just stay at the condo, and yet Durango, as well, is well worth your time and a very close, easy scenic drive. We have been here in the summer, but stayed elsewhere--we are really looking forward to returning in summertime and staying here! It is also quite a romantic place...

  We had a wonderful time at this condo, great view, very well done with all the amenities. It felt like a home to us for the week, and the owners were great. We want to stay here again next time!
