Grayhawk condo description
This unit is excellent condition, with the latest upgrades, tastefully decorated, newer furniture throughout, this three bedroom sleeps 7 with the addition of a twin sized blow up bed, 2 car garage condo is located in the prestigious Grayhawk neighborhood of Tesoro which as you drive up, really gives you that wide open desert feel. Entering the gate off of Pima Rd. directly in front is the clubhouse that contains a spacious pool, two hot tubs and gas grill. Keeping right only three condo's up (next building) on your left is your condo, approximately 75' to the pool gate. Thirty minutes from Phoenix's Sky Harbour Airport, with easy access off the 101 and N. Pima. Close to everything, restaurants, shopping, golf and exciting nightlife.
The kitchen is fully equipped, new granite counter tops, plenty of cupboard space and all of the appliances. The washer and dryer are located off the kitchen in a separate utility room.
The dining area has a large table with seating for 8 adults with access to the outdoor patio. The living room area is spacious and quite comfortable with both a leather reclining sofa and love seat (electric). The TV is hooked up to digital cable, with a DVD player. Wi-Fi access is also available. There is also a gas fireplace.
The master suite has a queen size pillow top mattress, large dresser, TV and two night stands, tastefully decorated with access to its own private patio. There is an adjoining large on-suite bathroom with dual sinks, large mirror, large soaker tub and a beautiful walk-in shower. The closet is also a large walk-in variety.
The second bedroom is equipped with an excellent queen size bed, dresser night stand and walk-in closet.
The third bedroom has a new pull-out couch, twin size, this is not your standard pull-out, it also includes a electric motor, blow-up 7' mattress attached to the standard mattress that adds extra comfort, Digital cable TV is also included. There are also three extra blowup mattresses available for large crowds.
Professionally refurbished, this unit rests in a truly one of a kind neighborhood, clean, well manicured, you will not be disappointed.

We just got back a week ago from our trip to Scottsdale. Just want to thank Paul for sharing his Condo with me. The condo was everything we needed and more. First it was beautiful inside and out. Was also very nicely furnished. It was right next to the pool/hot tub area. Also in a great area. So close to everything. Paul was great to deal with. If I sent him an email with any questions he responded back immediately. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo for anyone. Will definitely be giving Paul a call next time I come out. Thanks again for a great trip. Tom Carr

We rented this condo for spring break with two teenage boys and could not have been happier with our choice. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and super comfortable; even better than depicted in the photos. It had every amenity you might possibly need on a vacation. The location of the condo is close to major highways and easily accessible to lots of shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions. After long days of sightseeing, it always felt like coming home. It was close to the pool/hot tub, which were never crowded. The condo community itself felt very safe and it was well maintained. We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our vacation. Paul, the owner, was easy to work with and promptly answered any questions we had. We would highly recommend this listing and will have wonderful memories of our stay!

We stayed at the condo for a week in November. All the pictures of the condo are very accurate. The only details you cannot see is how spotless clean the unit is, and how spacious it is. Paul the owner was relaxed, friendly and prompt in all my communications with him. When he heard we had a late flight and the unit was not rented for the next day he let us stay until we had to go the airport. It gave us time to relax and lounge around the pool one last time. We used the pool every day. The pool temp was around 80 and the 2 spas were 102. Paul has a supply of pool noodles, great beach towels and other toys for the pool. Paul has a couple of small coolers that we used by the pool and on hikes. He seems to have thought about his guests every need and provided for them. I would recommend going to the condo first to see what is there before going shopping for supplies. We appreciated the large supply of condiments and paper products on hand and gratefully added to the collection during our stay, The location of the condo a mile from exit 36 of the 101 loop freeway is excellent. 5 minutes west on 101 at exit 31 north is the Desert Ridge Market place with over 100 stores and restaurants. Just north on 20901 Pima road is a large Safeway. The location of the condo with respect to the pool is perfect. It is 3 units away from the clubhouse and pool so it is a short walk but far enough away you do not hear the pool noise when you sit out on the condo's 2 balconies. We used the remote control for the garage to park our car. The button on the right opens the garage door and the button on the left opens the main gate(s) to enter the complex. When leaving the gate opens automatically. It took us a couple of days to figure all that out. The only problem I had was in the garage. The floor is all grey and there is one step down to the car level. I missed that step 3 times until I stuck a pink pool noddle along it so I would notice it. We received our damage deposit refund within a week of returning home and appreciate Paul's promptness in that respect. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended the unit to friends who will be visiting Scottsdale in the spring.

Fantastic condo - everything is brand new and very comfortable. We stayed for 6 nights during the BCS Championship week. The condo complex is fairly quiet. The condo is very close to the pool/hot tubs so we used the tubs twice during our stay. The complex is a 5 min drive to the 101 freeway so very easy access. The owner was very helpful with all questions and couldn't have been easier to work with. One thing to mention is the condo is on the second floor above the garage so you do need to go up a flight of stairs to get to the condo. It wasn't a problem at all for us even though we had three generations staying in the condo, but just something to be aware of if you have any issue with stairs. We will definitely keep the owner's number on hand for any return to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area as we would return in a heartbeat!

We stayed in condo for 2 weeks over Christmas and had a great time. We usually stay in hotels but this time decided to rent a condo and we would definitely do this again. Condo is very clean and has everything you will need. Close to Desert Ridge Marketplace and Scottsdale Road. If you want a close place to eat try "Lush Burger" at DC Marketplace, only 3 minutes away. Owner (Paul) is so easy to deal with and we had absolutely no problems. Looking forward to returning again soon as Phoenix used to be home for us.
