Located about 250 yards to the pools (DuneSider Grill serving lunch poolside in the summer season) and beach, this is an amazing home that will not disappoint.
Enjoy time together in the GREAT room featuring 20 ft. ceilings or get some time away from the kids in the Master Wing. The kids can take in a movie in the sitting room while you prepare dinner in a kitchen that contains a prep sink and enough counter space for a team of chefs to be working.
This home participates in our Complete Clean Linens program. This means that you may enjoy plush, king-size pillows on every bed and rest easy with the knowledge that ALL bedding is laundered after each and every guest checkout. With this in mind, please be aware that comforters and other bedding may differ from those pictured.

Golf Carts: IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW.
- Unfortunately due to HOA rules the guest will not be able to rent golf carts and will not be able to bring their own golf cart.
- If the home you are renting has a golf cart provided by the owner then please be aware of the golf cart rules and regulations.
- If we have not received the proper insurance and drivers license information then YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE GOLF CART.
- Lastly, if a person without a valid driver's license is found to have operated the golf cart provided, or is found driving in a reckless manner then the guest will be fined a $750.00 charge to the account provided on the reservation.

my family just returned from a great stay at this house. very comfortable accomodations and a short drive / bike ride to rosemary beach in one direction and seaside in the other. short walk to the beach or stay and relax in the heated pool and spa. huge kitchen with top of the line appliances and room for everyone to help in the meal preparation while the kids hangout in the t.v. room downstairs. has 4 bikes and a golf cart.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
