This modern charming and comfortable one bedroom artist studio (70 sq m) is located in the center of Paris very close to the world known Montmartre Basilica and the the Canal Saint Martin.
The apartment is spacious with 5 meters of headroom and a very charming theatre staircase « climbing » to the bedroom, it is on the 6th floor.
You are walking distance to Montmartre Basilica, Montorgueil area, Place de la République, Opera Garnier, Place de la Bourse, Jardin du Palais Royal, Louvre…Right outside the apartment are movies, restaurants and night clubs.
The living room is spacious with 5 meters of headroom and a very large glass providing lots of light, the American kitchen is fully equipped recently refurnished. The 2 bathrooms are freshly designed, the first one with a large bath and a modern shower overlooking Montmartre Basilica, the second one with a large modern shower. The bedroom has an access to a balcony furnished with a small table and 2 chairs overlooking Paris.
There is also a TV room with a large comfortable couch, that can be converted to a double-bed.
Four subway lines (4, 5, 7, 9) are a block away, including all buses + East and North train station with express trains to London and Brussels.

My girlfriend and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 3 weeks in August. We had an amazing time. The apartment was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The photos are very accurate. We had no troubles with booking or payments. The internet is super fast and instructions were clear. We were grateful that there was a fabulous coffee machine well stocked with coffee. I loved the big bath, enormous shower and all the little bathroom goodies that were there to use. Great washing machine too! Fast and silent! Overall, we just had a really fun time. We enjoyed breakfast on the beautiful terrasse while listening to the church bells chime. The 6 flights of stairs with no lift were certainly a good workout but definitely not for anyone with a heart condition. I would recommend this apartment again and again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
