  From the first time we talked to Becky to the day we left, everything was excellent. We e-mailed several times and Becky was very sweet. When we arrived, I couldn't believe it. The pictures truly do not do this lakehouse justice. It is better than the pictures show. The new firepit was wonderful to sit by and watch the lake. I cannot say enough good things about this lakehouse. It was raining on the day we left, I could have sat on the porch to watch it rain on the lake all day. If you are looking for a quite place to stay with your family and/or friends, look no further, you found it.

  This cabin is beautiful! The photos do not do it justice! The rooms were spacious and the Kitchen had everything we need for cooking! The covered patio is so peaceful. The owners are upstairs and very helpful for our needs (we forgot a toothbrush and they had new ones available). The kids loved being able to walk to the waters edge, although it was still too cool to swim. We will DEFINATELY be back in the summer to take advantage of the swimming and boating. We did go to THE HARBOR which was a short drive away and the restaurant there was great with a beautiful marina. The kids enjoyed feeding the fish off the dock.

  after several nites at the "cabin", it was really hard to go back home. The sounds of spring in the air in the evenings.....the absence of "people" noise........so peaceful. My wife and I plan on regular visits. Leave enough time to just relax, and take in the beauty of it all.

  Just got back from a very relaxing weekend at this lakefront cabin. Loved the comfortable homey atmosphere...very family friendly. I appreciated the "extras"...books and movies to enjoy, snacks to welcome us, very fluffy towels. Can't wait to recommend it to all my friends and find an excuse to come back myself!

  My family of 5 and my inlaws stayed the weekend at the cabin and had a fabulous time. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Kitchen is well stocked. I especially loved the cozy soft throws that they had. Perfect to curl up and read a book. Which we did. The weather outside was terrible but we never knew. It was nice and cozy in the cabin. They had games and toys for the kids along with books, and dvds for the grown ups. The view was beautiful with a touch of snow on everything. We would highly recommend staying at the cabin to our friends.

  This property is SOOO peaceful!. The view was soothing to the eyes and soul. The house is up-dated and immaculate. The linens are of great quality, and the furnishings tasteful. There is a great selection of movies and books on the shelves. The added outdoor kitchen was a pleasant surprise and great for any season except winter. I really loved the view from the large patio/deck area!

  This is a great location. Just one and a half hours from Cass County. Beautiful lakefront property with a beautiful relaxing view of the lake. The cabin is very nice, neat, and clean. Wonderfully stocked kitchen with up-to-date appliances. The bedrooms have new, nice linens, with new carpeting throughout. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially someone who wants to experience peace and tranquility. Very quiet. A great retreat for women's groups to experience the quiet atmosphere, dine on the deck, or just sit, relax, and enjoy the lake view.

  I was surprised how easy and quick the trip was from our house. The "cabin" was much bigger than I thought it was going to be. It was very spacious, clean, and everything I needed was there. The kitchen was fully operational. The kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds. Our first night, we roasted hotdogs and smores over a campfire looking out on the lake. The view in the evening and morning too are just so beautiful. The kids and I loved being on the lake. The cabin is located not too far from the marina and golf course. It was a very peaceful place. I would recommend the Cabin on the Lake to anyone. Try it, you'll love it!
