  We were a group of 5 adults, 2 couples and 1 single. The layout of the condo was terrific, allowing for privacy for everyone. Large flat screen TV's in each bedroom and the living room. We loved the screened in porch area for breakfast and dinners. While enjoying the screened in porch, we were definitely at the beach, but didn't have to be on the beach if we had too much sun. The back entry was a great place to store beach chairs and Frisbees. It was wonderful to have convenient parking and keyless entry. No sharing of or looking for keys!! And, you didn't have to carry a key to the beach! The beach was literally steps away. The condo unit is a low rise development and there was plenty of room at the beach, pool and hot tub. The owner, Deb, takes a personal interest in her renters and was quick to answer any e-mails or questions.

  We stayed for 2 weeks this year. The accommodations were great. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Lots of new updates. Very clean and roomy. The weather was beautiful. We saw dolphins this year right off of the master bedroom balcony! The owners are great. Deb is very helpful and sent a thank you card and my deposit back really quick. I will definitely stay again!

  My husband and I flew in from Arizona and my daughter and her husband drove down from WVa to stay at the condo. My son and his daughter and her boyfriend live in Myrtle Beach, so they spent days with us. The condo was very comfortable for all 7 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and all appliances were in good working condition. The furniture and beds were like new with plenty choices of pillows and blankets. Being on the ground floor with large sliding doors overlooking the ocean was especially nice. I would stay there again.

  Had a wonderful stay my family of 4 adults. Great condo, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, beach access is great, and wifi is perfect! Owners are very nice and make sure your stay is enjoyable. Will book again next year!

  We stayed for two weeks the end of August and enjoyed our stay immensely. We hit up the local grocery store and filled the fridge and well equipped kitchen. Check out what is there before you go to the store because the previous renters were nice enough to leave us some full ketchup and mustard bottles, dish soup, coffee filters, etc. The unit was very clean and we loved being able to walk to the beach barefoot-no streets to cross. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. We spent a lot of time on the enclosed porch. Note to future guests: If you order the linen service and need the pull out couch, let them know or they will not provide linens. If you live close, bring a cooler, beach chairs, kids beach toys, umbrella etc. there are none at the unit. Only two parking passes are provided but there was street parking available right across from the unit. My only improvement for the unit itself would be to get a screen door on the master bedroom so you could listen to the waves at night. The owners were very accommodating and we would rent from them again.

  Just returned from Myrtle after renting this unit for the 2nd time and was very impressed with the owners service and the unit. We had a great visit and the unit looked as if it had been freshly painted and was in great shape. Will stay here again next year for sure.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  This condo is the best that we've stayed at. We loved the location! It's very close to the South end of North Myrtle and was only 4 miles away from Barefoot Landing. The beach was not crowded at all and staying on the first floor was a godsend. The washing machine and dryer were top of the line. The pictures do not do this all justice. It's a great condo and we plan to re-book with this unit for years to come.

  This was our first time booking through VRBO as well as staying in a low-rise condominium in NMB. I can say that our family was extremely pleased with the unit and location to the beach. What helped to make this vacation a great one was the care and friendliness of the owners. Deb was always prompt with answering questions we had before travelling as well as ensuring that our trip was an enjoyable one. Our next trip to NMB we will hopefully be staying at the Sea Scape in this unit. Thanks again, Deb!

  Our family recently spent a week in this condo and it was perfect! It was very spacious and clean. Our boys could each have their own bedroom and flat screen tv! The kitchen has anything you could possibly need. I loved that it was just steps to the beach and that the balconies face the ocean providing amazing views! We got to meet Deb, her husband and son. They were extremely friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. I hope to be able to come back to Myrtle Beach and stay in this beautiful condo again!

  This is my second year staying at Seascape. We had beautiful weather everyday that we were there. The condo was fabulous..lots of new updates. Love the flat screens. Everything was well stocked, very clean and very modern. This year was my husband and I, my son, niece and my mother in law. Everyone had a wonderful time. The view was beautiful as always. Can't wait until next year:)
